The condo was amazing. We loved it very much. The only issue was a bad sewer smell. I called maintenance and reported it and never heard anything back from them. It came and went several days. Then we realized it was coming from the dishwasher, but that was our only issue. We would stay there again.

We’re so happy to hear you loved the condo and would choose to stay with us again! We’re truly sorry about the unpleasant sewer smell and, even more so, that you reported it to maintenance and never received a follow-up. We understand how frustrating that must have been, especially when it continued to come and go throughout your stay. Thank you for taking the time to let us know what you experienced and for helping us identify that the odor may be coming from the dishwasher. We’ll be sure to pass this along so it can be thoroughly inspected and addressed. We’d love the opportunity to welcome you back and provide the seamless stay you deserve!

We booked a room on the 5th floor from 9/6-9/12. The condo was well kept and clean upon arrival. The communication between Book that Condo and us was always prompt. The next time we are in the Panama area I will do my best to try and book this condo if available. The condo was a 2 bedroom with more than enough space for my wife and I. Only thing on the negative, be prepared to wait on the elevators at check in and check out times.

Thank you so much for staying with us! We’re glad you enjoyed the clean, well-kept condo and prompt communication. We appreciate the heads-up about the elevators and would love to welcome you back on your next Panama City Beach trip!

Overall this was a great location. The hotel/resort had easy parking and beach access. The condo was a good size and has a washer/dryer inside the unit which was a plus! It’s on the 5th floor, and while there are times the elevator is busier than others, it’s not far to go up and down the stairs if needed. Our condo included two beach chairs and an umbrella which was so nice not having to rent one nor having to find a place to set up. I will be coming back soon!

It’s great to hear the condo size, washer/dryer, and included beach chairs with umbrella made your stay even more comfortable. I appreciate your note about the elevator, and I’m delighted you plan to return soon — I’d be happy to welcome you back anytime!

Everything was great. The only issue was the size of the property- it’s pretty big which makes the elevators difficult at times as well as finding space on the beach.

We’re happy to hear that you had a great stay and appreciate your feedback about the property size and elevator access. Shores of Panama is a popular resort, especially during busy seasons, and we understand how that can impact convenience. We’re glad it didn’t take away from your overall experience and hope to welcome you back soon.
