Private parking to drop off your car and enjoy the promenade on foot or by bike, go around the marine lake and push up to the Velodicée to breathe the fresh Landes air.
Composition: entrance with sofa bed and cupboard. Living room / kitchenette: sofa, 2 armchairs, TV, coffee table, table + 6 chairs, electric hob, top fridge, electric oven, microwave, extractor, dishwasher. Bedroom 1: double bed, cupboard. Bedroom 2: double bed, cupboard. Bathroom with shower, double hand-basin, WC. Separate WC. Covered terrace with table and chairs. Capacity: 4/6 people. A contribution to charges of €25 per week will be requested between MID-OCTOBER et MID-MAY included.

Un apparemment qui a des atouts mais qui nécessite quelques améliorations.

Un appartement spacieux , bien equipé, avec deux vraies chambres, une grande terrasse avec vue, une place de parking, quelques commerces à proximité, très proche de la plage . Néanmoins quelques défauts assombrissent l'ensemble, une salle de bain aveugle avec une douche petite où la moisissure imprègne les joints de silicone , des appartements mal insonorisés, pas de WIFI dans un quartier où le réseau n'est pas bon, un tarif un peu élevé pour une résidence sans piscine.
