pretty independent villa with large terraces. Situated in an airy and peaceful position 200 meters from the sandy beach. It can accommodate 6 people in three comfortable bedrooms equipped with a ceiling fan; 2 services; large living room equipped with heat pump and fireplace, garage. Outdoor shower, barbecue and table tennis. Fully furnished and equipped. It can be inhabited in all seasons. On request a cot can be provided without supplement. Two beach chairs and a parasol are available free of charge for guests. Wifi free. The number of 6 people is to be considered as maximum hospitality; any additional needs must be agreed with the owner. The house is fed by a rainwater cistern for which attention is paid to waste.
Alcamo Marina is located along a 5 km long golden sandy beach. It is mostly free beach; however, there are also equipped beaches. Nearby there are grocery stores, bars and pharmacy. It is 2 km from Castellammare del Golfo and 5 km from Alcamo. In addition, nature reserves such as Monte Bonifato and the Zingaro, thermal establishments, cultural routes (Segesta, Selinunte, Marsala, Mozia, Palermo), food and wine and tourism (San Vito Lo Capo, Erice) are within easy reach. Egadi Islands). It is served by the airports of Palermo Punta Raisi and Trapani Birgi both about 50 km away, as well as from the Castellammare del Golfo train station. Airport transfers available upon request.

Very enjoyable

We had a very enjoyable one week stay at Villa Aliotis and the owner Dario could not have been more helpful and welcoming. The house is well equipped, with everything you could possibly need. The livingroom and the outdoor area are just lovely. The house is close to the beach and 5 min drive to the town. We loved our stay here and would really recommend it.

Grazie della gentilezza e della disponibilità con cui ci avete accolto nella vostra bellissima casa! La villetta è arredata con gusto e funzionalità, è davvero graziosa e offre molteplici spazi, sia all' interno che sulla splendida terrazza, che ha una meravigliosa vista sul mare. La posizione equidistante da Palermo e Trapani ci ha dato la possibilità di visitare queste due belle città e molte altre mete culturali e naturali nei dintorni. Belle maison

Jolie maison avec de belles terrasses, la mer n'est pas loin et elle est située à proximité du joli port de Castellammare del Golfo . Une salle de bain supplémentaire avec douche serait un plus pour 6 personnes. Propriétaire sympathique et à l'écoute .
