CASA GAVIOTA - COMFORTABLE FAMILY BEACH HOUSE IN ALMUÑÉCAR
This beautiful house is large and spacious. It is perfect for families and friends and is sunny with lots of light. It is located in a quiet area of the town but is just a short walk from the beach (520 metres) and the nearest shops (400 metres). This means you can easily walk down into the centre of Almuñécar, have a meal or a few tapas and then walk home. You can park directly outside the house and there are various places where you can park for free in the centre if you prefer to drive. A baby cot and high chair are available. The house has air-conditioning. There is WIFI Internet in all the house.

Casa grande, spaziosa e molto ben equipaggiata. Ideale per più famiglie.
Bellissimo terrazzo con barbecue.
Parcheggio sotto casa.
Un pò distante da bar e negozi e dalle spiagge (15 minuti a piedi)

Muy bien
La casa está muy bien y es muy amplia. Se llega muy pronto a la playa y al centro de Almuñecar. Tiene aire acondicionado en salon, comedor y dormitorio principal superior. La terraza es también muy amplia. Solo le faltaba una pequeña barbacoa y piscina. Relación calidad / precio buena.

What I like about the house is the large, spacious rooms with plenty of light. I like the fact that you can walk into town if you are going out for a meal in the evening and walk back.
