Guests enter the home from the south entrance, where you’ll find convenient PARKING and a large DECK with plenty of seating and magnificent views. On the main level, there’s a comfy and inviting GREAT ROOM— where everyone can gather together easily. In the LIVING ROOM, there’s a leather sofa, armchair, and a built-in window seat that overlooks the front porch. A stone fireplace and large HDTV create an ideal spot to watch your favorite TV show or simply curl up with a good book by the fire.

A DINING AREA has a farmhouse-style table with seating for six and seamlessly blends the living area with the KITCHEN. Natural wood cabinets and granite tile countertops provide plenty of storage and workspace. Premier appliances include a gas range with a griddle, a paneled refrigerator, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Bar stools on the tiered island provide additional seating. This main level also includes a convenient POWDER ROOM.
