The cabin is located in Vita Sand, 20 km south of Kalmar. Newly renovated cottage of 40 m2. Newly renovated kitchen with hob, oven, extractor fan, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker and more. Bedroom with double bed, sleeping alcove with bunk beds (max 75 kg), Bathroom with shower and WC. Living room with 24 'LCD TV. Large terrace facing south and west, about 60m2 which about 20m2 under roof. 100 m to the sea and the beach. 300 m away there is a campsite that includes a kiosk, mini golf and playground. Pillows and duvets are provided, bed sheets and towels you take with themselves.

Perfect for the small family

Great place to stay for two adults with up to two kids. The house is modern and neatly decorated, on the smaller side but lots of nice space outside. A nice long beach is just around the corner. The only thing missing is some curtains for privacy and to darken at night time. Maybe also install a sliding door to be able to close off the bedroom.

Kleines Cottage zum entspannen

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und mit nahezu allem ausgestattet. Für zwei Personen war das Haus vollkommen ausreichend. Allenfalls eine Sichtschutz (Tür oder Vorhang) zwischen dem Schlafbereich und dem Wohnraum wäre wünschenswert gewesen. Durch das schöne Wetter haben wir uns viel auf den Terrassen aufgehalten. Leider gab es keine Auflagen für die Liegen und Stühle. Wir haben uns mit eigenen Strandtüchern geholfen. Die Nähe zur Ostsee und zu Kalmar ist ebenfalls ein Plus. Die Kommunikation zum Vermieter war sehr gut.

Schönes, kleines Ferienhaus in schöner Lage.

Sehr gemütliches, kompaktes Ferienhaus für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Im Sommer ist die Terrasse der Mittelpunkt. Bei kaltem Wetter funktioniert die Wärmepumpe hervorragend. Menschen über 190 cm sollten etwas aufpassen, weil die Deckenhöhe für sie nicht überall im Haus ausreicht. Man merkt, dass im Haus gelebt wird : alles was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Das Haus kann ich weiterempfehlen.

Nice house close to the beach

Nice cottage close to the beach. Bring your sleeping mask during the summer time, because the sleeping areas are not very dark. There are window blinds in the bedroom, but there is still a lot of light coming in from the doorway.

Ein sauberes und gepflegtes Objekt in einer Ferienhaussiedlung. Der Strand in der Nähe ist nur für Kinder geeignet aufgrund der geringen Wassertiefe. Erwachsene laufen besser 500 m zum Campingplatz, wenn sie schwimmen wollen. Wir können es weiter empfehlen.

Schönes Ferienhaus direkt an der Ostsee.

Ein schönes Ferienhaus in sehr schöner Umgebung. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Bis zum Strand sind es nur 150 m. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und bis Kalmar oder Öland sind es nur 15 min. mit dem Auto. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen und es weiter empfehlen.

Vita Sand-Erholung pur

Das charmante Holzhäuschen ist sehr wohnlich und nett eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die beiden Terrassen und die Wiese laden zum Sonnen, Grillen und Spielen ein. Es ist wunderbar ruhig gelegenund in zwei Minuten ist man direkt am Strand.

Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, außer Geschirrspülmaschine, aber man hat ja Zeit;) Man kann viele Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Meter.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in reizvoller Umgebung

Innen geschmackvoll eingerichtet und im Außenbereich mit sehr großer Holzterrasse ausgestattet bietet das Haus alles, was man während eines Urlaubs benötigt. Der Innenbereich ist ein großer, praktisch unterteilter Raum – Türen fehlen. Das Etagenbett verfügt über einen praktischen Vorhang, der gegen die hellen Nächte zugezogen werden kann; das Badezimmer ist nur durch das "Schlafzimmer" zugänglich. Vom Schlafzimmer aus führt ein zweiter Ausgang auf die weitläufige Terrasse. Im Außenbereich findet man zwei große Esstische mit ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten, zwei Sonnenliegen, ein Trampolin, eine große Box mit Spielgeräten für den Strand und den obligatorischen Grill. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und beantwortet rasch jede Anfrage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Very nice cottage near small beach and beautiful area

Nice and clean family cottage, perfect for a family with two children. Area is beautiful and there is enough to visit and explore in and around Kalmar and on Öland. The Moosepark in Nybro and Skalby Gard were our kids favourites. Cottage is within 100 meters of the sea where you have a small, but clean beach. Perfect for children as the water is not deep for the first 30-50 ymeters. Anders, the owner was very helpful.

Das Ferienhaus ist etwas älter, kompakt, aber z.g.T. modernisiert und sehr schön eingerichtet, mit viel Raum und Aufenthaltsbereich drumherum. Ideal für zwei Personen. Es liegt in einem kleinen, ruhigen, gewachsenen Ferienhausgebiet am Kalmarsund, mit vielen Auflugsmöglichkeiten.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Es ist super eingerichtet und wirklich alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es hat eine super Lage um Kalmar und die Insel Öland zu erkunden. Das Ferienhaus liegt in der Nähe von einem Campingplatz, der einen grossen Badestrand und Spielplatz für Kinder anbietet. Wir würden definitiv wieder buchen, wenn wir in der Gegend sind.
