Rental in Donville les Bains in a small new building with 3 apartments, very bright, spacious and very comfortable duplex. The apartment is very well located, 400 m from the beach, 500 m from Granville and the train station.
Close to all amenities, private parking and bicycle parking, the stay can be done without a car.
The apartment is composed of a living room with equipped kitchen open to the living room with a 2-seater sofa bed and a TV.
Upstairs wc, a bathroom with a shower and sink, a bedroom with a double bed.

Superherzige Wohnung

Das Inserat (und die Fotos) haben nicht zu viel versprocuen! Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Das Wohnzimmer und die Küche befinden sich unten, man hat ausreichend Platz. Das Schlafzimmer oben ist grosszügig und sehr schön und bietet gut Platz um alles zu verstauen. Die Wohnung befindet sich zwar an der Strasse, die Fenster gehen allerdings nach hinten und man hört gar nichts!Ein kleiner Balkon oder ein kleiner Sitzplatz wäre genial, aber man weiss ja schon beim Buchen, dass der nicht vorhanden ist.Es hat uns supergut gefallen, wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen und hoffen, wieder einmal nach Donville zurückzukehren!

Excellent séjour chez Céline et Philippe

Habitués de Donville-les-Bains depuis plusieurs années, nous avons loué cet appartement pour la 1ère fois. Fidèle aux photos, très propre, agréable, nous nous y sommes sentis très bien et les enfants ont apprécié les gentilles attentions de Céline. Parfaite localisation, sur l artère principale, avec accès direct aux commerces et à 3mn à pied de la plage. Si nous avions 1 suggestion à faire, ce serait d ajouter 1 lave vaisselle et un frigo + grand :) mais cela ne nous empêchera pas de revenir, très vite ! Merci Céline et Philippe !
