Only 25-35 min to the beaches and towns of St-Raphael, Cannes, Antibes. Several beautiful villages like Seillans, Tourrettes, Saint-Cezaire, Cabris between 5-25 min. Fully equipped kitchen which opens onto a very large terrace with a splendid view. There is also a TV lounge with fireplace and a billiard lounge. Large living room with fireplace, large dining table, and living room. Large and pretty garden with olive and lemon trees. Electronic gate and large parking lot. Schöner Urlaub mit Einschränkungen

Wir haben mit insgesamt 11 Personen zwei Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Lage des Hauses ist einfach traumhaft und die Raumaufteilung sehr gut durchdacht, sodass sich alles auf einer großen Fläche verteilt. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und sehr schön, ideal zum Entspannen. Leider war das Ferienhaus jedoch in einem insgesamt veralteten Zustand. Viele Möbel waren beschädigt, und die Terrassenmöbel waren so abgenutzt, dass man kaum richtig darauf sitzen konnte. Auch der Pool zeigte deutliche Spuren der Zeit und wirkte in die Jahre gekommen. Zudem gab es keine Sonnenschirme, was in der heißen Jahreszeit problematisch war. Wir mussten uns selbst einen kaufen, der erstattet wurde. Der Kontakt vor Ort war leider nicht zufriedenstellend. Die örtliche Betreuungsperson war unzuverlässig, sodass wir letztendlich fast alles direkt mit den Besitzern regelten. Diese waren sehr freundlich und haben immer schnell reagiert. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub, aber der Zustand des Hauses und der unzuverlässige Kontakt vor Ort haben den Aufenthalt doch etwas getrübt. Mit ein paar Renovierungen und einer besseren Betreuung vor Ort könnte das Haus wirklich ein kleines Paradies sein.

Beautiful and functional villa with great potential

We were 11 adults using six rooms. The villa is perfect for a group this size with bedrooms well spread out. The villa is spacious and the outdoors incl pool is equally spacious and comprising several nice corners. However, the owners have underinvested in the place that appears a bit ‘tired’, eg electrical sockets are not closed, taps full of chalk, outdoors somewhat let to its own devices, kitchenware on the lower end for this many people, etc. All small things that could be fixed at a low cost. Our main disappointment was, however, to experience that the outdoor cleaning hadn’t been done, eg food left in the grill, pool a little dirty, and that two beds broke during our stay which only fixed with an xtra night’s delay, and so forth. It was also disappointing that there were no parasols around the pool making it much harder to use during the day; presumably previous guests had broken them. All of this to say that the house is great for a large group but that it will take some time and small effort to bring it up to standards. We appreciate that the cost for renting is not high but would be happy to pay more to see the house to its full potential.

Heerlijk ruime woning met fantastisch zwembad. Stijlvolle living area en veel slaapgelegenheid. Zeer responsieve eigenaar en goede ontvangst door lokale manger. Op loopafstand van het dorp. Zeker een aanrader
