We absolutely loved the condo, location, and easy and clear communication with the owners. Spacious area for a family looking for a relaxing and memorable vacation. The beach area was perfect due to less crowds and easy access to our pre paid beach set up. This condo is well worth the money and travel. Looking forward to another getaway at the Villas!

Lovely property with a stunning beach view. Easy beach access. Walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. Property was as listed and we had everything we needed for meal prep. We would definitely be returning renters.

This is an excellent beach property with plenty of space and excellent views. We appreciated that this property is right on the beach and had its own beach access with rental chairs and umbrellas available. It made for a no fuss beach trip! The hosts were great at communicating and we had everything we needed.

Everything was perfect! The condo was in great condition, comfortable beds, everything was working. Communication with the owner/rental company was top notch. The location was great as well. We rode bikes along the Timpoochee Trail (right outside the condo complex gate) which runs for 19 miles along 30A. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful views of sunrise and sunset as well!
