Luxurious new luxury villa, located 5 minutes drive from the beach of Santa Guilia, one of the most beautiful beaches of Corsica, 10 minutes from the center of Porto-Vecchio, 20 minutes from Palombaggia, very quiet place. Sea view, mountain and maquis, 6 rooms with 12 beds possible, each of these rooms are air-conditioned, have a television and a wifi connection, cot available, 6 bathrooms including 2 exterior fully equipped (hair dryer, electric towel rail, scales). Two large terraces, one with Jacuzzi. Swimming pool, barbecue, large independent TV room, equipped gym with sauna. Has a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, American fridge with ice cube, freezer, ...), large laundry room fully equipped (washing machine, dryer, water point, table of ironing, iron, ...). 4 private parking spaces. Petanque. Linens provided (bath towel, sheets, duvets, ...). Near the Gulf of Lezza (6 holes) and 30 minutes from the Golf de Sperone. Proximity with many tennis courts.
