Start your holiday in the 1,150 m² Mediterranean-style garden, fully fenced and landscaped with lush native plants, creating a green and private retreat. The large lawn and children’s play area make it ideal for families. Relax on sun loungers or in the chill-out zone, and enjoy outdoor meals on the covered terrace or at the stone barbecue with a solid wood table for the whole group. Winding paths with ambient lighting and benches give the garden a park-like atmosphere, while outdoor showers are perfect after a refreshing swim in the sea.



This stylish Ibizan-inspired villa offers 170 m² of elegant living space. The bright kitchen with its central island is fully equipped, adjoining the dining area and bar zone. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating and satellite TV, with large glass sliding doors opening onto a furnished terrace that bathes the space in natural light.



The sleeping area accommodates 8 guests in 4 spacious double bedrooms. Two have en-suite bathrooms, while the others share a third bathroom. Three rooms include desks, ideal for remote work or creative activities. All bedrooms feature fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.

No better place for families with children

Especially with family and kids I’m sure there won’t be a better place in the are then this property. It’s super generous, the garden and playground, the seating areas, kitchen, bedrooms, you can’t ask for anything more. The gorgeous beach is one step away and you find everything you need within 1min walking distance. I would highly recommend this place.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa in Mallorca! The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach, which was ideal for our group. We stayed with two families, and the villa was incredibly spacious, offering rooms that easily accommodated everyone. One of the highlights was the huge garden, complete with a playground area for the kids. The villa was also very well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay — from kitchen supplies to beachtowels and even toys for the children. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this villa to anyone traveling with familya larger group!

Loved how convenient and walkable this home was to the beach, restaurants, groceries, and stores but also had a private and peaceful feel. Great get away

We stayed here for Easter break with our kids, ages 9, 7 and 4 and it was perfect. It is super close to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants and quick basic groceries within walking distance. It was chilly this time of year, but our kids still love the beach and it was beautiful. This house has so much space! It was super clean and had all the amenities that would be perfect for a longer stay. The garden and seating outside was was great for our kids and just beautiful. Would not hesitate to recommend!

Relaxing holiday

We really loved our stay. Garden, outdoor kitchen and amenities for kids were enjoyable. The proximity of sea was priceles. The house is very tastefully renovated with a lots of storage spaces. We apreciated welcome drinks. Wine and sodas for kids were refreshing after long journey. Only downside was beds. Only one of them met our standards. Others were like temporary additional beds and we did not sleep well on them. Besides there was only half roll of toilet paper per toilet. I found it bothering to go to shop next day after arrival just for buying toilet paper. There might be basic kitchen supplies like salt, sugar and spices. At least two rolls of paper per toilet. Dishwasher detergent in sufficent amont for the whole stay. It costs almost nothing and makes a huge diference. Guests shoul be aware, that tap water taste is disgusting and therefore they would supply bottled water in advance.

Riesen Grundst&uumlck mit viel Platz zu spielen f&uumlr die Kids, super sauber, sehr hochwertige M&oumlbel, eine unglaubliche Ausstattung der K&uumlche, mehrere Sitzm&oumlglichkeiten drau&szligen, 50 Meter zum Meer, und mit Kimberley eine super nette Kontaktperson. Wir werden es definitiv wieder buchen. Nichts, alles war perfekt.

Wie im Titel der Bewertung schon geschrieben, ist die Vielzahl an Sitzmöglichkeiten wirklich unfassbar wertvoll in dieser Unterkunft. Die Nähe zum Meer und trotzdem angenehm Ruhe, da sich das Objekt erst in zweiter Reihe befindt ist ebenfalls ideal. Die Ausstattung in der Küche und insgesamt im Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Einzig... ...und damit der alleinige Verbesserungsvorschlag, sind fehlende Fliegen/Mückengagen vor den Schlafzimmerräumen. Gerne zum auf und zu ziehen, damit die Fensterläden noch problemlos geöffnet werden können.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez notre hôte à deux pas de la très belle plage de Muro et à quelques dizaines de minutes de marche en bord de mer du centre de Alcudia ( accessible aussi très facilement en bus ) : c’est le paradis pour des vacances au bord de la mer ou en montagne (rando et vélo ) tout est proche et accessible avec de magnifiques paysages, villes et villages environnants. Quant à la maison elle est splendide (très bien décorée et son jardin est superbe) pratique et agréable à vivre et bien équipée à l intérieur comme à l extérieur (de nombreux salons de jardins en terrasses , ombragés , au soleil ou les pieds dans l herbe sont accessibles en fonction des moments de la journée ainsi qu espace Abrité autour du barbecue très accueillant. On se sent chez soi et On peut y passer des vacances avec des petits enfants (chambres pensées pour et espaces jeux et tout est de plain-pied ) . Les hôtes sont très accueillants et réactifs à tout instant .merci !

Wir waren zwei Familien und hatten dennoch viel Privatsphäre. Eine super toll ausgestattete Küche! Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Eine sehr freundliche und gute Kommunikation mit Kimberley! Traumhaus direkt am Meer mit höchstem Standard

Auf der Suche nach unserem Traumferienhaus schien unser Wunsch vermessen aber wünschen kann man sich ja bekanntlich alles: ein modernes, gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit so viel Platz und Komfort wie bei einer ländlichen Finca dazu die Ausstattung und der Komfort einer Stadtvilla und obendrein noch die Lage eines Strandhauses. Unmöglich dachten wir.... bis wir auf dieses Haus gestoßen sind. Und tatsächlich haben die Bilder und Beschreibungen keinesfalls zu viel versprochen im Gegenteil: hinzu kam eine herzliche Gastfreundschaft und ein super Service, der sich u.a. darin zeigte, dass zum Beispiel der Chef persönlich bei einem nicht gelieferten, online bestellten Supermarkteinkauf, tatkräftig zur Seite stand. Danke für diesen ganz besonderen Urlaub, der in dieser ganz besonderen Zeit viel Kraft geschenkt hat. Bis hoffentlich bald mal wieder, Familie Rothe Uns ist nicht wirklich etwas eingefallen...

Ein Paradies für Gross und Klein

Wir (Familie mit zwei Kleinkindern, Großeltern, Tante und Onkel) haben uns in Haus und dem wunderschönen Garten sehr wohl gefühlt! Es war trotz 6 Erwachsener und zwei umtriebiger Jungs (2 u 4) genügen Raum vorhanden. Die Tatsache, dass das Haus keine Treppen hat und das Grundstück komplett umzäunt ist war insbesondere mit einen knapp 2 jährigen sehr angenehm. Das Traumhafte Meer direkt um die Ecke....

Das Haus hat allen unseren Bedürfnissen entsprochen. Wunderschön eingerichtet mit fantastischem Garten. Fast schade hatten wir nicht mehr Zeit das Haus und den Garten zu geniessen. Wir würden das Haus wieder mieten! Meines Erachtens nichts.
