This modern and relaxing beach house reveals the soothing power of simplicity. The house has large windows and skylights, daylight filled connected airy living room, flat screen , SONOS and WiFi Internet access, dining and modern gourmet kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a private outdoor shower.

Bedrooms: #1 Master bedroom (1 queen bed ) is located on the top level with private deck and bathroom. . #2 The second bedroom (2 twin bed ) downstairs and built in closet, #3 the third bedroom (1 queen bed) on the downstairs, has views over Montauk’s preserve landscapes and ocean view.

The brand new kitchen features all new appliances:

It is a perfect summer beach house for the whole family with 2 large outdoor decks, and outdoor shower in surrounding trees. The deck has outdoor dining tables, and Weber charcoal Kettle Grill.

Amenities include-high speed Wi-Fi, Flat Screen TV, Netflix, Sonos, Beach chairs, Dishwasher, Washer & Dryer.






5 min bike ride to Montauk village, a 5 minutes walk to the beach, minutes train station and Jitney, and minutes from all of Montauk's great restaurants and entertainment-

Washer and Dryer are located in the basement.

Lovely, clean and comfortable home in the best location in MTK!

We loved our stay at this home. Was perfect for our family of 4. Very clean, comfortable, and well decorated. Location is great for beach but no pool close by. Our host Albert was great too! Thank you!
