Quiet and beautiful appartement

This is my second stay and it is as good as the first stay. Even during the Heat wave, the appartement is well equipped with two ventilateurs and stay mostly cool during the day.

Amazing!

Elisabeth and Michel’s place Is beautiful! We were welcomed by their friend Ida, who made sure we were familiar and comfortable with the place. It felt like home! Staying here was a treat. Everything we needed was walking distance from groceries, restaurants, metro, to/from Paris. It was perfect! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Paris.

Beautiful, modern and peaceful oasis

Elisabeth and Michel’s place Is beautiful and has everything you need! I was welcomed by Ida who is a wonderful host and made sure we were well taking care. We had a nice welcome basket, what a treat after a long flight. It felt like home! The appt is well located and is very quiet, the only thing you hear is the singing of the birds. It feels like you are in a country side. The bed is super comfy, the internet is super fast and the kitchen is well equipped. We are coming back!

The apartment is blessedly quiet with a lovely balcony and a great bed. The neighborhood has everything you need and is an easy walk to Paris central if you are walkers and dead easy with the Metro. The landlords have done everything they can to make the apartment comfortable and have paid attention to little things like spices and tissues and umbrellas. Our only complaint, and it was an inconvenience, not a deal breaker, was that there is only one key for the place, requiring some coordination of activities that could have been easier with two keys. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Adorable modern flat in quiet Parisian neighborhood (Montrouge)

This adorable and well-appointed flat is perfect for two persons and less than ten (10) minutes by metro from the heart of Paris. The unit is located on the first floor of a modern, multi-level building with an elevator. The interior is clean and elegant without all the clutter of many other Parisian rentals. Evenso, you will find everything you need, especially in the kitchen. Walk just a block to one of the many neighborhood bakeries, restaurants, and grocery stores. People who work in Paris center chose to live in Montrouge because it's so livable and quiet — with parks, a gorgeous shopping mall, and a community merry-go-round for kids. The Metro is about a five-minute walk from the flat. In addition, the owners are a gem to deal with, and their daughter conveniently lives right around the corner if you have any questions. If you have an opportunity to rent this flat, don't hesitate. In all honesty, I am apprehensive about giving this it such a great review because I fear it won't be available next time I visit Paris.

Superbe, bien placé et très calme

Très beau 2 pièces idéalement situé, prés des commerces et du marché, le métro est à quelques minutes à pied. L'appartement est très calme, très bien équipé, les aménagements sont de grande qualité. Traumhafte Wohnung in einer der schönsten Städte der Welt

Die Wohnung wirkte sehr neu, sauber und ordentlich. Die Möbel sind hochwertig und zeigen keinerlei Abnützungsspuren. Die Ausstattung war top. Von den vielen Handtüchern über essentielle Lebensmittel bis zum Geschirr alles mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Die Schlüsselübergabe war perfekt. Ein ganz großes Dankeschön an dieser Stelle an Ida die sich liebevoll um uns gekümmert hat. Wir planen Paris nochmal zu besuchen und würden definitiv diese Ferienwohnung erneut mieten. Somit von uns: 100 % Weiterempfehlung

Beautiful and comfortable

This apartment is everything it promised- quiet, secure, modern, comfortable and set in a beautiful town close to Paris center. My daughters and I stayed here for a week in late June, to relax and see the sights-it was a perfect setting for us! Elisabeth and Michel were easy to contact and their daughter Ida was very attentive to our needs as we settled in, making us welcome and showing us around the flat and around Montrouge. The bed and sofa bed are very comfortable and the balcony is a lovely place to enjoy morning coffee, with a light breeze and a lot of sun and birds singing! Then a short walk to metro or bus stop and Paris is 20 minutes away! I highly recommend this home away from home!

It was the perfect Home Away from Home

We stayed for 32 days and loved the apartment. The host is very responsive and proactive. I'm in a wheelchair and everything was very adaptable for my needs. The bed was incredibly comfortable. There is lots of storage in the bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped. The location is close to everything in the village. Plus, very convenient to public transit for buses, tramways and the Metro. We went into Paris almost everyday and even took a trip to Versailles via bus and tram #6. I highly recommend this unit. We even that the opportunity to meet the host during her visit, as well as her friend who managed the property. They are both lovely.

location de très bonne qualité, que ce soit concernant la literie, les fauteuils , la salle d'eau , la cuisine. aucun bruit de voisinage ni de nuisance due au trafic de la rue . Très bien aménagée , l'accès balcon donnant sur l'espace vert est également sympa, pas de vis à vis !
