This is a furnished house with all amenities. Kitchen: new stove, new refrigerator, pot & pans, microwave, toaster, blender. Dishes and flatware included. Bathroom: Towels, soap, hair dryer, etc. Bedding: Sheets, pillows and blankets are available for all guests.

No parties. No smoking, no frying, no shoes in house. No drones. No motorcycles or vehicles with loud engine (private, residential street.) No trailers, campers, No public transportation- This is a country setting, car is necessary to fully enjoy the area and to get from place to place.
**BOATS: ALLOWED with written permission in ADVANCE of stay $40/NIGHT.**

Furnished: linens, full kitchen, washer/dryer. No pets. No smoking in the house. Immaculately clean. Quiet, serene location. Short drive to Niagara Falls 15-20 min. On Niagara Wine Trail, 3-min to Wilson Boat Harbor, 1 min to State Park. Close to Golf Course. Guest may use entire house. Only registered guests are allowed to visit or stay. Please no shoes in the house, no pets, no smoking, no frying foods, no drones. If you fish, no cleaning fish in the house; use community fishing area to clean fish, located where Rt 425 and Rt 18 meet.

Weekend Stay

This place has a cute cottage vibe. Everything was just as shown in the pictures. Even my teenage girls said they would stay there again in the future.

Peaceful Cottage

This is our second stay with Ramona. She is a very attentive and kind host. The cottage is perfect! We enjoyed the firepit and quietness of the location. It is close to the town and there are restaurants and shops to enjoy.

Wonderful cottage in a great location

Ramona is a great host! From reservation to check out she went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed including links to all the great things to do in the surrounding area. The house and yard are great. So quiet and the side yard is private. Would stay again and again!

Fishing trip to Wilson

We had a terrific trip. The house and property were perfect. Very clean and comfortable. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. View of the river is beautiful. Proximity to Wilson Boat Yard made it a great place for us.

Excellent getaway!

We absolutely adored this little family house to stay in, so quiet and peaceful and close trip to Niagara falls. Wilson, NY is a lovely little town, and we love the harbor and the beach so close by! Everything is fully stocked and Ramona it's very quick to respond and help with any issues at all. Absolutely love this place, I was so sad to leave!

Fantastic Cottage

My family and I totally enjoyed this VRBO. The location is excellent for food, water, views and shopping. Ramona is a great communicator and very caring. She went out of her way to make sure our 82 year old mother was comfortable and safe (she tends to walk into things and fall). We arrived to a extremely clean and cozy cottage. We sat out on her porch and visited with family and friends. At night we used the firepit. We look forward to returning again next summer.

Perfect family stay for Niagara Falls area

This was a wonderful home for our family of 4 to visit Niagara Falls area. Very quiet, peaceful neighborhood with a nice yard to play croquet provided. Pretty view of the creek, short drive to state parks and roughly 30 min to the Falls and less than 2 hrs to Toronto. The house has a cozy cottage feel with lots of conveniences and comforts. Everything was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the local towns as well as kayaking, hiking and swimming in the lake. Can’t say enough good things about this property! We would definitely come back if we visit this area again. The owner was very helpful and responsive to my questions.

Riverview house

We enjoyed our stay in Wilson- we enjoyed having the patio table and electric grill in the backyard to visit with family. My 95 year old dad was able to get around well in the house- no steps inside. It was a very convenient place to stay to visit family in Newfane and Appleton, just a short drive up route 18.

This vacation rental is our home! We love this place, and you will, too.
We are sure that you will find this immaculately clean house, in a quiet area with a wooded view of 12-mile creek, suitable for your vacation needs. The house does comfortably sleep four, but five can be accommodated, with an additional fee. It is recommended for up to two adults and two children for maximum comfort. The second bedroom has a full bed. The double futon is in a common space and does not afford privacy. There is a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The house has heat, central air, basic cable, Internet, Smart TV.

What makes this property unique

Our immaculate Creekview house! The house is on 12-mile creek, Wilson, NY. Kayak launching @ the State park, 2 min away. Niagara Wine trail & Niagara Falls, USA close.

Wilson New York USA is a quiet boating community with a lovely harbor and many nice restaurants. It is directly on the Niagara USA wine trail it is a short 15–20-minute drive to Niagara Falls and about 10 minutes west to old Fort Niagara, or 10 minutes east to Olcott, NY. It is approximately 45-minutes to Buffalo, NY.

A car is necessary as there is no local public transportation. Uber/lyft is unreliable and expensive.
