Eco-friendly deluxe suite in the heart of Florence
Breath History when you step into one of the oldest buildings in town (it existed before the Duomo!) in a nice pedestrian street in San Lorenzo area. The ancient pieces in the suite and the wooden-beam ceiling give an intimate feeling for a pleasant stay. An italian architect and a traveller got together to set up an eco-friendly, hi-tech suite to offer the highest level of comfort. away from SMN train station and the Tramway to the airport.
We are pleased to offer you a large size bed (cm 170x200) wooden base with ergonomic slats so you can adjust the slats according to your preference, providing you the support and comfort needed. Natural mattresses to let your body breath (Lympha is a new material, created by Olmo, consisting of new mixtures derived from plant extracts, and the mattress provides a comfortable and all-natural rest.
High quality pillows (choose between memory or cervical pillows), high quality cotton linens, elegant sheets as duvet cover, for the highest level of hygiene. Air conditioning, indipendent heating system, soundproof windows, High speed unlimited, free wifi FTTH cable/wifi 32'' full hd television (youtube included), a
safety box, bluetooth speakers/radio, emergency light, hair dryer, usb sockets to charge your devices, iron with iron board, sewing kit, Florence map and city guides.
Also complimentary tea and coffee, a silent and ecological refrigerator, espresso maker and american coffee maker, toaster and jucer.

I don't like to say that I rent my house, I like to think that it's an exchange, I welcome guests from every corner of the planet and do whatever I can to make them feel comfortable. I feel good when they tell me they had a nice stay, I know that a vacation can be a better one if you feel comfortable in the place you chose, it's one of the things you will remember when you go back home...

Why they chose this property
It's the ancient atmosphere, combined with the highest level of comfort. Super comfortable bed, great shower, fast wifi (FTTH) and web tv, in an old building are a special combination. Also the touris tax for the city of Florence is not included (€ 4 per person per night)
