Nice spot with a great location

Perfect walking distance to the train station as well as most of the must do things in Florence. Place was nice and clean, and the laundry machine was very helpful. The property manager was also helpful and has some good info to share. Only downside was the bed was a bit too firm.

The property was a good size with A/C and washer. Our check in process was as terrible. we messaged host multiple people times prior to check in with no response. You must climb very steep narrow stairs 4 floors to get to apartment. We had issues with opening the lock box to get keys once at the door with all our luggage and waited awhile to get reply in a non air conditioned hallway to get into the apartment.
