Studio Attic is a bright studio apartment designed for young people, artists, and dreamers. Located on the top floor (third) of a charming 15th-century building in the historic heart of Florence, this unique space was renovated in 2025 to offer you every comfort, including air conditioning and heating.

The atmosphere is incredibly bright and original. The apartment features a kitchenette with an electric hob, microwave, kettle, and sink, while an easy-to-climb staircase (suitable for agile persons) leads to the mezzanine where you will find a cozy double bed.

The location is ideal for experiencing the city: the Duomo, Palazzo Vecchio, Ponte Vecchio, the Lungarno riverbank, the Uffizi Gallery, the Accademia Gallery, Santa Maria Novella train station, and the luxurious Via Tornabuoni are all just a few minutes' walk away.

A note on tranquility: The studio overlooks a lively street. Although it has double-glazed windows, it is possible that at night you may hear the sounds of city life
