Once inside the building, we were an initially confused as to which apartment it was, but once we found it, we were thrilled with what was inside! The apartment is adorable, bed was comfortable, and shower was great! This location is the BEST! Super close to everything! Would definitely stay here again!

Florence Retreat

We had a great experience staying at the apartment. The location was perfect. We walked everywhere including to and from the train station with our luggage. Check in was easy and the place had so much charm. Very quiet and a great retreat to come back to after a long day seeing the sights. Would stay again

Very centrally located (you could not ask for a better location!), authentic Florence living experience (the other apartments were occupied by people who live there not tourists), and comfortable for the two of us. Great location and had all the amenities. Very clean. Comfortable bed and good shower. The worst thing is that it took us about an hour to get in and the process was cumbersome. The hosts texted back later but were not readily available to help.There is an unpleasant odor in the building. The info in the apartment explained that there is nothing that can be done about that as it's a very old building with old sewers. Once we turned on the air conditioner, the odor was better.

Heart of Florence

Spacious, clean apartment close to everything. Short walk to Piazza della Signoria with Neptune fountain and Arno River at Ponte Vecchio Bridge. Restaurants and shops all around. We walked with our luggage from Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.
