We had a wonderful time in Florence, and this apartment was in the perfect location! We were able to walk to all the places we wanted to visit. Our host was amazing--he met us and made us feel welcome. He provided a map and made recommendations, and was very responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommend!
This was such a comfortable, well set up apartment so close to the Ponte Vecchio and major attractions. We were happy to stay here and would love to come back and stay here again!
Great hosts with recommendations. Has some things missing in most Italian VRBOs: lovely bathrooms, elevator, and a nice living/dining room. Location is ideal-easy walk to all the sights, but far enough away that it doesn’t feel like you are being overrun by tourists. Will definitely stay here again.
Location is great. Easy walk to dousing-uffuzi. Apartment had everything we needed. Two bathrooms a big plus traveling with my daughter. Communication was great. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again
Our hosts were fantastic. They reached out and introduced themselves at the time of booking and responded quickly to any questions that we had. The location is perfect. Close to everything so we were able to go back for a rest, cold drink or washroom break whenever needed and it was really quiet to sleep. Would definitely stay again and recommend it.
This apartment was perfect for 2 couples very close to Ponte Vecchio and walking distance from most historic sites in Florence. The owners were amazing and gave us great tips and left us with wine and snacks and thankfully cold water and beer in the refrigerator. I can’t recommend them enough!

Property is located just off the Ponte Vecchio and within east walking distance of all the major attractions in Florence. Gianni was a great host who maintained communication with us throughout our stay and explained all the details to us when we first met. The apartment itself is equipped with everything you need for a few days stay and has good Wi-Fi. All in all a very good place to stay while in Florence.

The property was well equipped everything worked nicer then pictures on website, parking was next to property very convenient although not free. owners were very accommodating, can’t say enough about Gianni he gave us great suggestions for shopping dining and exploring Florencia we will definitely look to book this place next time
I stayed 3 nights with my husband and 2 children (10 & 7) and the apartment we stayed was excellent. The location can not be better, just a few steps away from Ponte Vecchio, and the owner Gianni was sooo helpful. Whenever we had a question, he responded right away, and he gave us many good recommendations on restaurants, etc. He definitely helped our visit in Firenze very pleasant one. If we come back to Firenze, we will stay at this place again for sure.
Gianni, meet us at the property for a hand over. A lovely bottle of wine was waiting for us. Gianni gave several suggestions of things to do and places to go. Accommodation was perfect for our needs and very close to attractions. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Thanks again Gianni e Barbara.
Location was walking distance to everything! Clean, convenient, well equipped apartment. Great restaurants,, Gino's bakery, and grocery within a couple blocks. Our flighr was delayed and then luggage didn't arrive so we were 2 hours late to get to the apartment. Gianni was flexible with our situation and waited to give us the keys and explain everything in the apartment. Absolutely will stay here again.

Property is exactly as described. Enough facilities to let you stay in and chill, but so central that you want to go out and enjoy - restaurants, galleries, markets, shops, cafes, museums. The list is probably endless. Gianni’s communication and introduction was excellent.

Small but very comfortable.
The apartment was a little hard to find. It is a little off of the street. However, Giani was there and very helpful. The apartment is great. The bedrooms and bathrooms are big and comfortable. The kitchen is tight but has all you need. It was great of Giani to provide some water and snacks! The location could not be better for exploring both sides of the Arno. Air conditioning in all rooms, except baths, even a small balcony for smokers. It was very quiet at night. Definitely would recommend this apartment.

A fabulous location, one street back from the Ponte Vecchio. The apartment is located in small arcade so there are secure gates at each end, which is good at night for security. The address is slightly obscure, our taxi driver, pointed into the arcade and said it is down there.
However, the owner, Gianni, was on hand to greet us and let us into the apartment. Although tiny, it is really well equipped with 2 double beds with ensuite and a central kitchenette, laundry in a cupboard, lounge and dining table. Good use has been made of the space. High speed WIFI.
Walking distance to all attractions and a 2 minute walk to the Arno River and Boboli Gardens. There are great restaurant options, especially around Santa Spirito.
Gianni welcomed us to the apartment, he gave a tour offered instructions and he also showed us relevant locations on the map, and good restaurant recommendations. Gianni also stocked the fridge with water, soft drinks, beer and provided a welcome bottle of wine.
I would definitely stay there again if visiting Firenze.

Fantastic Apartment right next to the Ponte Vecchio in Florence
The apartment is a cozy little place in the heart of Florence. It was very clean and it had all the necessities. The rooms are not very large but nothing is in Italy by American standards. The apartment was very clean. The owner, Gianni met us downstairs when we texted him from the airport. He helped us with our luggage to the 3rd floor (4th floor to us in the US) using a small elevator. He provided some snacks and drinks with the apartment for no extra cost and even a small bottle of wine! He gave us multiple brochures of things we could see and do, gave some great suggestions for restaurants in the area and he pointed us to a nearby market. He was very helpful and very responsive anytime I needed to contact him. His English is fair (better than my Italian). If you are looking for a big, expensive American hotel, look elsewhere. If you want a cozy, inexpensive, truly Italian apartment in the heart of Florence, you have found it. When I return to Florence, I will definitely stay here again. Thanks Gianni and Barbara.

The photos don't really do justice to the apartment. It is very attractive in a modern way and well-furnished. Very comfortable beds. Effective air conditioning. Kitchen has everything you would need but in this location you have so many choices for excellent food in many ranges and all at pretty reasonable prices for the middle of a leading tourist city.
The location is exactly as stated: right off the end of the Ponte Vecchio bridge. There's no view from the apartment because it faces the interior of the block, but that eliminates the street noise. Within 15 minutes you can walk to the furthest of the key attractions.
Gianni, our host, was super helpful.and all his suggestions were great experiences.
The one thing you have to know about is the dreaded ZTL (limited traffic zones). As a non-resident you check your car into one of the approved garages (Gianni's recommended Garage Lungarno is highly efficient) but it has to stay there until you leave. (You really don't want to drive in Florence anyway). The garage will.send you detailed instructions when you book your space.
By meeting us in person, Gianni made the check-in process easy (if you haven’t been to Florence, the street naming and numbering can be confusing). The location was perfect for exploring Florence, meeting tour groups, and getting to restaurants and shops. We could easily enjoy short breaks from the afternoon heat in the comfort of air conditioning but walk around all morning and evening. Two bedrooms and bathrooms made it easy to get ready in morning and have a bit a privacy during a week-long trip. The apartment was surprisingly quiet, given its central location. Gianni booked a very early cab to the airport at the end of our trip, so even our departure was easy (but we were sad to go). Given the opportunity to come back to Florence, I would happily stay here again.
