The 3 bedroom house has a private swimming pool and is in a walking distance from the picturesque beach of Schinias, the Schinias National Park, Dikastika, where the coastal pine forest that reaches the water's edge, allowing you to enjoy the warm sea and all sorts of water sports. Should you prefer, you can enjoy the amazing view while swimming at the private swimming pool. It is the guests' responsibility to control minors' access and surveillance to the pool area and the garden in general.
The picturesque beach of Schinias (in a walking distance from the house) is one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of Greece with shallow clear water, very safe for children (never having big waves) and very popular for its water sports facilities, where the coastal pine forest that reaches the water's edge. Should you prefer, there are rocky beaches in the proximity of the house (walking distance) as well !
The peaceful settlement is next to the Schinias National Park, very important for its wetland, pine forest and the peninsula Kynosoura, a virgin Mediterranean ecosystem. It is 5 minutes driving distance from the small village of Kato Souli, 10 minutes from the village of Marathon and 15 minutes from Nea Makri. It is also 5 minutes driving distance from very well known taverns, attracting customers from all over Attica.
Marathon Avenue (a newly constructed highway which follows the route of the original Marathon Run) connects the village of Marathon with the centre of Athens in 45 minutes in off-peak hours or just slightly over an hour at rush-time. In 35 minutes during all day someone can reach the entrance of Attica Highway that connects all areas of Attica and Pireas port without traffic delays.
You will enjoy day trips to all archaeological sites around Athens, Acropolis, Sounio, Delphi, Epidaure, Ancient Olympia as well as to Euboea and to all islands accessed from the Rafina Port.

We usually live at an independent apartment at the same plot (1000 squared meters), with a different entrance, patio area. We service the pool in a daily basis in order to maintain its perfect quality and we are always happy to help you plan and enjoy every moment of your holidays.

Attention!
Parties and gatherings are NOT allowed. Only visitors included in the reservation will be accepted. The guests have exclusive use of the pool which is serviced in a daily basis.
Music is not allowed in the exterior of the house (garden-balconies-pool) and in the interior only if it is soft and in low volume and must not be heard at the exterior premises of the house. The house is in a very quiet and serene settlement, and we expect our guests to behave accordingly. We are sure that you are going to contribute to this quality.
Quiet Hours: Summer Period 15:00 - 17:30 and 22:00 - 07:00.
Winter Period 15:00 - 17:00 and 21:00 - 07:30

Smoking
The house is a strictly non-smoking area.

Swimming Pool -Garden
No diving in the swimming pool ! Depth 140-145 cm.
Please mind minors' safety at the swimming pool and never leave children and minors unattended at the swimming pool and the garden area, patios, balconies in general. Minors must always be supervised by an adult.
It is the guests' responsibility to control minors' access and surveillance to the pool area and the garden.
A shower should be taken before using the swimming pool in order to remove all sun or other body creams, which destroy the liner. Shampoo is provided at the pool area.
The Two Life Saver Personal Flotation Devices (blue-white and orange) hanging at the pool area are to be used only in the unlikely event of an emergency. They should NOT be used as games.

Minors
Minors must always be supervised by an adult!

Under 18s
Guests under 18 are NOT allowed to book and stay alone without being accompanied from at least one adult, who is liable during the tenancy.

Babies
Baby equipment (relax, port-bebe, stroller, pushchair, travel-cot, high-chair) can be provided. Please contact us.

Because the house is located by a National Park, it is forbidden by law to light any kind of fire, candles... in external and internal areas especially during the summer.

Pets
Some pets might be allowed ONLY after being approved by the owners with the strict condition that the pets will not have access to the pool area, and will be well-behaved and under the strict control of the owner. Special fees and conditions apply. (Please contact us for details).
