Beautiful and quiet ranch, put it on your bucket list! The fresh flowers and snacks welcomed us and the host went out of her way to have kids books/toys for our crew. Everyone loved it and can’t wait to go back!
Though the owners lived on the property, they respected our privacy and we felt comfortable walking and enjoying the acreage. Everything was clean and functional. Being close to town and yet feeling remote was a real plus.
We enjoyed the quiet country setting and privacy. In less than 10 minutes we were in Boerne. We saw the friendly donkeys every day plus deer and turkeys. Place was clean. We did not have the soft water issue our friends in town complained about. Our shower was great! House has the occasional creaky wood floor adding character.
What a wonderful retreat! The house has everything we needed; it was comfortable and spacious, and the yard was unbelievable. Lots of deer, ducks, an armadillo…. Great spot to enjoy watching wildlife from your front porch.
