Entertainment features 55-in Smart TVs w\ROKU & Fubo (Local and cable channels w/Showtime) in livingroom and both bedrooms. 200 Mbps high speed Wi-Fi access throughout. Well-lit desk for workspace. Guests will have separate private entrance to the room which includes private patio with bistro table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or a quiet evening after exploring the area during the day. An additional patio under the oak trees by the garden is available with an "OUTDOOR" kitchen. The private kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, spices, oil, pots, pans, cutting board, knives and cleaning supplies. Tri-County Meat Market is only 2 miles away and stocks most items for a full meal. For more assortment, HEB is only 7 miles away. Located within Fair Oaks Ranch, there are walking trails nearby and for Club Corp members, Fair Oaks Ranch Golf Club is located only 2.5 miles away.

Birthday weekend

Located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. The apartment was very clean, well decorated, stocked, and looked so new. We enjoyed sitting on the private deck watching the many deer, birds, and squirrels. This is a perfect location to enjoy when visiting UTSA or the many hill country towns. Such a peaceful weekend.
