Villa Ker-Eog, full of charm, superb sea view, feet in the water

Facing the sea (in front of the island Eog hence its name), this house of 90 m2, completely renovated in 2014, can accommodate up to 6 people. Ideally, a couple with 4 children, or 2 couples and 2 children.
A few kilometers from the village, a hundred meters from the port of Porsguen, and close to the beautiful beach of Porsmeur, the house has two walled gardens: one of 70 m2 facing the sea, the other 180 m2 at the back of the house, with a wooden deck.
The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms: upstairs, the master bedroom with sea view and its adjoining bathroom. On the ground floor, 2 bedrooms: the first garden side with 2 single beds, which can be combined to make a double bed; the second, sea side with 2 bunk beds, ideal for 2 children, with toilet and bathroom adjoining. Always in the DRC a stay and a dining room with sight on the sea, and a done up kitchen.
The living room is a large living room overlooking both the sea and the terrace sheltered land.
The latter is equipped with deckchairs, a barbecue and garden furniture.

The fitted kitchen is open to the living room. At your disposal: oven, induction hob, fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, food processor.
The house has an Internet connection (Wifi) and a satellite TV (Astra) at no extra charge.
It also has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

The bedding is equipped with duvet and pillows.
Bedroom floor: a large double bed.
Ground floor bedroom: two single beds or a large double bed.

The linen is optional (15 euros per person) including bed linen (beds made on arrival), towels (a small and a large towel / person) and tea towels.

A deposit of 500 € will be required upon arrival.
