Mes 4 amies et moi avons passé une superbe semaine dans cet appartement, dont la plage privée reste un réel atout.
La vue était splendide et le seul bémol de cet appartement serait le peu d’éclairage présent dans la pièce principale.
Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour et pour la bouteille de rosé à l’arrivée !
Calme en journée, mais bruyant entre 22h et 1h du matin à cause du bar à côté (mais on s'habitue). Néanmoins très bel appartement, avec une belle vue mer, ainsi que des activités comme plage privé, tennis de table, pétanque ainsi que des marchés aux alentours. Gardien très à l'écoute. Je recommande.
Très belle vue pour cet immeuble des années 60/70. Dommage que les équipements soient sommaires: une seule lumière dans le salon, difficile de lire. Difficile de manger à l'intérieur, pas de tabourets pour le bar. Rien pour poser les affaires dans la chambre cabine. Une télé incertaine, pas d'internet, etc. Pour l'hiver et les inter-saisons, c'est très limite.
Appartement merveilleusement situé avec une très belle terrasse donnant sur la mer. Quelle belle vue dont on a profité chaque instant !
La petite plage, bien agréable est juste devant. Il y a même une douche ce qui est bien pratique.
Residence sécurisée fermée côté rue, ce qui est bien appreciable.
Parking suffisamment grand pour que l'on trouve toujours une place même en rentrant en fin de journée.
Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Mr Szyska, le gardien de la résidence.
Le logement est confortable, bien équipé et climatisé ce qui est bien pratique en été.
Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances et reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Locataire très agréable et respectueux des lieux à conseiller
Juste deux petits bémols le lit annoncé en 160 est, en fait, en 140 (ennuyeux lorsque l'on est grand)... et il est dommage qu'il n'y ait pas à disposition de fauteuils d'extérieurs afin de profiter confortablement de l'extérieur et de la vue.
Wir haben eine Woche in der gut ausgestatteten Wohnung verbracht und wurden vom Hausmeister sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Lage bzw. der Ausblick sind einmalig. Für vier Personen ist die Wohnung optimal. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war problemlos und ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung jederzeit nochmals mieten.
