About this property

Quiet apartment close to the center

This new apartment is located near the market square, the pedestrian street and the supermarket. Located in a small quiet one-way street in the old quarter, you will find a pretty wooden terrace of 30 m² out of sight. It consists of a living room with equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine and hanging toilet.
On the mezzanine there is a 90 cm bed for children from 8 years old, because it is served by a miller's staircase.
The beds are all equipped with pillows and duvets. Bed linen and towels are not provided. They can be on demand with a supplement of 20 €.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, a dishwasher, a microwave, a filter coffee maker and a nespresso
You will find wifi and internet TV.
Goodbye the car that you can park in front of the apartment, you can do everything on foot in this pretty town of Andernos.

Merveilleux séjour

Accueil chaleureux et bienveillant. Location parfaitement fidèle à la description et aux photos. Cette location est idéalement située très proche du centre d’Andernos et l’on peut tout faire à pied et dans une rue au calme. Encore merci à Chrystel pour son accueil.

Nous avons passé une super semaine de vacances chez Christel, son appartement est vraiment très bien situé à andernos, tout est accessible à pieds ! Rien à redire sur l'appartement, neuf et très bien équipé, la terrasse est très agréable en été et l'entrée est indépendante de la maison. Christel nous a très bien accueillis, nous avons suivi ses conseils pour les balades autour du bassin d'arcachon ;) je recommande vivement !
