Modern villa 1,5 km from the beach. Private pool and garden inside a small luxury condominium (8 houses).

3 bedrooms (1 en suite).
The master bedroom faces the pool and has a queen bed and a large closet.
Bedroom number 2 has a queen bed and a private wooden deck facing the garden making it the perfect place for reading or just relax in the sun.
Bedroom number 3 has 2 individual beds and a baby crib (that can be removed if unnecessary). This bedroom also has a private deck facing the garden.
2 bathrooms with large showers. (a baby bathtub can be provided upon request).
Large living room with seating and dinning areas.
Large flat screen TV, Cable and DVD and Wi-Fi.
Fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, washer/dryer)
The 180 m2 garden has a private pool with fence (for children safety), a small slide and a playing house.
The outdoor dinning area comfortably seats 8 people.
The deck around the pool has sun beds and parasols.
Rental includes bed linen and towels for all guests (baby towels, and bottle warmer can be provided upon request).
2 parking spaces inside the condominium.
The house is 1,5 km away from Praia das Bicas (beach) and a 5 minute drive away from Praia do Meco. (Where you have very nice restaurants and some sunset parties during peak season)
Lagoa de Albufeira (a perfect beach for children) is a 10 minute drive from the villa.
You can reach Sesimbra Village in 15-20 minutes and Lisbon in 45-50 minutes.

Séjour parfait

Maison très bien équipée et très recente. Tout le necessaire y ait pour les enfants mais aussi pour les adultes. Maison propre, bien entretenue, piscine idéale pour une baignade avec enfants en bas age ( sécurisée) proche du centre ville ( a pied 7 minutes) et du cap espichel de sesimbra ( 25 minutes) également proche de lisbonne. je recommande !

Las fotos no le hacen justicia

Alquilamos la casa porque buscábamos algo para 3 bebés, que fuese muy seguro, Cuando llegamos, la casa nos sorprendió por lo limpio, y por su tamaño. Es una casa que se disfruta desde el momento que entras. Todos, adultos y niños, estuvimos muy a gusto. Una arquitectura sencilla pero que permite vivirla. Además está completamente equipada.... un 10. La localización permite explorar la zona de Sesimbra sin problemas... nosotros visitamos Setubal, Troia, Caparica y Lisboa también.... todo a menos de una hora. Mención especial la limpieza Volveremos!!!!

Très bon séjour dans cette grande et belle maison. Résidence bien sécurisée. Maison bien équipée. Piscine sympathique. Barbecue pratique. Stationnement possible pour 2 véhicules. Petit village sympa. à proximité mais peu de commerce. Plages un peu trop loin pour accès à pied, pas contre magnifique plage "Praia do méco" à quelques minutes de voiture avec parking à l'ombre pour 1 €.

Très belle maison, pratique et avec des volumes intéressants. Cadre agréable et calme (sauf le week-end qui est un peu plus animé), belle piscine qui est la bienvenue lors des journées chaudes. Personnel d'accueil chaleureux et disponible. La région est sympathique et les gens sont souriants et accueillants. Rien à redire, c'est un très bon choix que je recommande aux personnes qui veulent découvrir cette région du Portugal

Perfect !

Rien à redire sur cette location, notre séjour fut parfait ! La maison est superbe, moderne et fonctionnelle. Elle est de plus spécialement bien équipée (encore plus particulièrement pour les enfants), rien ne manque ! Séjour au calme avec des plages magnifiques à proximité. Toutes les commodités autour (mais voiture indispensable). Merci à Diogo et Marta qui ont répondu avant notre séjour à toutes nos questions et bien plus encore. Une adresse à garder précieusement...
