Very nice amenities for this 2-room apartment of 33 m² in the center of Val Claret (Les Platières), top floor, 17 m² south-facing terrace not overlooked, magnificent view of Grande Balme, Pramecou and Grande Motte. A large double bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, open kitchen, a bathroom with shower, separate wc, plenty of storage. Shops at the foot of the residence, 100m from the ski lifts, large ski locker on the ground floor. Elevator, access by badge, optional private covered parking.

Commençons par le positif. L'appartement est hyper bien placé dans la station. Il y a eu un véritable effort pour le rendre confortable et accueillant (déco, ambiance,...).
En revanche, l'absence de four, un lave vaisselle non branché (donc inutilisable) et pourri à l’intérieur et un canapé-lit extrêmement inconfortable sont des points inacceptables. De plus, les travaux réalisés récemment semblent parfois plus proches du bricolage que du professionnel. Par exemple, beaucoup de fils électriques sont maintenus par du ruban adhésif ?!?!
Malgré tout ça, nous avons passé un bon séjour. L'agencement, l’accès aux pistes, la situation, le placard à ski, l’ascenseur, la terrasse, la vue font de cet appartement un super lieu de vacances pour faire du ski.
Appartement très sympa cosy décoré avec goût . Perché au dernier étage avec une grande terrasse . Vue très étendue .
Mais : beaucoup de petites dégradations à améliorer , et il faut impérativement changer la moquette très (trop) sale !
An apartment is fantastic, authentic with plenty of storage place.
Location can't be better, in the town centre, near to restaurants, shops, pharmacy...you name it. But the most important near to the ski lift.
I can't fault the place of stay and look forward to staying here again.

Perfect location. There were 2 of us. If there had been 4 it would have been a bit cosy.
Ideal for easy access to the slopes and virtual ski back to door. (well n r enough). Good range of restaurants and bars nearby. Right in the middle of things but also quiet at night.
Great views of the mountains form the living room and the street from the bedroom.
Located in 6th floor. Lift access with final flight of stairs to apartment.
The main entrance is closed at night. There is a side entrance to the left. You will need to look for it as it I was not obvious to us initially. It has “Backstage” sign.
All in all good and would go back.
