Close to food stores and nightlife establishments, daycare centers and children's activities, and the ice rink in winter, 100 meters from alpine ski departures (CHAMP GIGUET) and ESF and also cross-country skiing (Beauregard cable car). Large private courtyard. Bordering a stream.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cet appartement idéalement placé, au coeur du village de la Clusaz. L'appartement est bien équipé, fonctionnel et en très bon état. Parfait pour des vacances en famille !

Logement spacieux et correct mais...

La pièce commune, agréable à vivre en famille. La salle de bain spacieuse qui a permis de mettre un matelas à langer. Les deux toilettes, la chambre avec salle de bain. La proximité des commerces (il suffit de traverser la rue) Un "jardin" équipé (salon, banc....) et un accès direct (actuellement condamné). Le manque de stationnement privé. Plus de tablettes pour lave vaisselle (1 par jour)

Bel appartement près d'une source d -'eau

Arrivés le samedi jour de l'annonce du confinement non avons apprécié d'être remboursé des jours non passés sur place en raison d'un départ avancé au lundi midi. Très belle salle d'eau spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Ce que nous avons regretté ce qu'on ne nous précise nul part dans l'annonce que les stationnements de la station sont payants. Le système de clanche + tourner le cadenas simultanément de la porte d'entrée commune peut propice quand on est chargé de bagages. La possibilité de stationner gratuitement une voiture sur le terrain en bas de l'immeuble et qui comporte une barrière

Appartement agreable et bien placé idéal avec enfants

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'emplacement ainsi que la propreté du bien. Il y a également de la place dans l'appartement, on ne se marche pas dessus. Le casier à skis est juste.

Bel appartement, très bien organisé

Tout est vraiment très bien et merci à l'équipe qui gère le bien! juste un bémol, ce serait bien de préciser dans l'annonce les faux frais (obligatoires) tels que ménage, location de draps et tapis de bain...plus parking, qui sont souvent compris dans les autres organismes de location.
