Enjoyable and Convenient

The condo had everything we needed. Communication with the host was easy and helpful. The interior of this unit has been remodeled. It was modern and very clean inside. Parking for this unit could be inconvenient during peak season. I got my SUV stuck when I actually parked in the assigned slot in the garage. There is plenty of street parking though. The facility isn’t fancy and could use some updates. We heard little to no noise from the other units, even the ones with dogs. Due to the damp rusty ocean smell that occurred after a heavy rain, I would recommend placing a dehumidifier in the back bedroom. The beach access was easy, and you could easily walk or bike to the pier area. We saw lots of dolphins 3 of the 4 mornings we stayed. Overall it was a great stay and this condo served our needs well!

Quick trip to beach

Took a quick trip to Jax Beach and stayed at a very nice property. The unit was as described and met all our needs. It was a short trip, but I'm sure we would look to stay there again on our net trip south.

Oceanview winter reset

This is our second stay at this property. Location is amazing - perfect midpoint between jacksonville beach snd neptune beach activities yet quiet and serene. Building is a hidden gem - small, well maintained and has character. Colleen was wonderful to work with. Best if all, the view from rhe full back walk of windows is amazing

Wonderful Week

We had a great visit to Jacksonville Beach and the condo was a big element of our enjoyment. The location was tremendous, with the ocean front views and ability to sit on the balcony and enjoy the ocean and beach activity. The centralized location close to many nice local restaurants was also great. The condo was very nice and would easily work great for 4 guests with two nicely appointed bedrooms.
