We had a wonderful experience! Our host was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and quick to provide anything we needed throughout our stay. What really stood out was his kindness after we checked out. We accidentally left our lacrosse sticks behind, and he generously went out of his way to meet us and return them so we wouldn’t miss our flight. That level of hospitality is truly above and beyond! We are so grateful and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable property for our family! It was a very convenient location for the Mountains to Sea marathon. Plenty of living space for the 6 of us and a lovely kitchen! We also enjoyed the hot tub:)

Great location home!

We had a great time during our stay. The home was centrally located and fit our group (two families of 4 with young kids) well. We loved cooking breakfasts in the kitchen and were comfortable throughout our stay.

Wonderful stay

My family and I had a very pleasant time at this home. We found it very clean when we arrived, and it is situated in a very quiet neighborhood. We'd recommend this to any group looking to stay in Ventura!

Great place for me and my friends!

Geralyn and Ian are awesome hosts! The house was perfect, it was clean and spacious, and they provided pretty much everything we could have needed! Check in process was super easy, and they were quick to respond to all messages. I would absolutely stay here again, thank you!

Nice property. Easy access from freeway. Close to grocery stores. Fun beach decor. Nice back yard. Single bathroom is a little tricky with 7 grown bodies.

Centrally located, close to transportation and shopping, very responsive owner, perfect for up to 6 adults, areas for before and after event gatherings, great ambiance, plenty of parking, quiet neighborhood, massage chair, fully equipped home just bring yourselves and clothes. Only one full bath so prep time for outings need to be well coordinated. Highly recommended, will stay again without hesitation.

Ian and G have the most comfortable and excellent home. Each room was neat and tidy, the kitchen had everything we needed. The upgrades of quartz and modern tile were very well done. The neighborhood was very peaceful and near every place we needed to be. A death in our family was what brought us to the area. Ian and G were so kind in acknowledging our grief with the gift of a calla lily. It was so very gracious of them. Excellent hosts and accommodations.

The property need better cleaning, especially the bathtub. Location was ok. Not the best place I have stayed at. Would not rebook.
