Just a short walk along the Bear River to Petoskey’s historic downtown gaslight district and The waterfront park on Lake Michigan. Better yet relax at home in a completely private and wooded back yard and listen to the river. We have everything you need to cook and enjoy a nice meal or visit one of Petoskey’s many downtown restaurants. Our spacious home was built in 1906 by a local sawmill owner. It features beautiful woodwork and a large birds eye maple staircase. It’s been tastefully updated and and carefully restored to keep many of the homes original charms.
