This house was so well stocked. We had everything we needed and more. The location was great - close to both town and the national park. Yet, it was peaceful and quiet. The beds were comfortable. Our family had such a great time. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at this property. Everything was wonderful very clean. There were many amenities such as the games, books, fully stocked appliances in kitchen, TV with projector screen, fireplace (lots of chopped fire wood) and hot tub. I enjoyed sitting on one of the many chairs on the deck and relaxing. Our host was very communicative, nice and sent helpful info before our stay. The checkin process was very smooth. The property is close to the town and RMNP which are amazing. We plan to stay again!

Wonderful trip to Estes Park and Rocky Mt National Park included a stay in this home in a great location, close to town, and a great view of the mountains. Plenty of amenities, bedrooms and baths for our enjoyment and comfort. Gary was a wonderful host, checking in, and quick to respond. I would recommend a stay here!

I highly recommend this property. Everything is as stated and listed in the description. It is quiet and we felt very comfortable with five kids running around the property off and on. We saw elk and deer and chipmunks and rabbits from the deck.Gary was easy to communicate with, and responded quickly.

We had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated how well-equipped the house was. It had everything we needed and really felt like a home away from home while visiting Rocky Mountain National Park.The communication before, during, and after our stay was exceptional and truly unmatched compared with other homes we have rented. Everything was handled thoughtfully and made our entire experience easy and enjoyable.We would absolutely stay here again the next time we visit RMNP and would highly recommend this home to others looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay!

Wonderful home to enjoy Estes and Rocky Mountain National Park! Our teens and tweens enjoyed the Rock Band Xbox Game and hot tub. The deck had beautiful views and the covered patio was a nice place for breakfast outside.

Great place!! So much room, so many extras! From the kitchen, laundry room, fishing poles and games there was so much! Our family enjoyed time together on all 3 porches, all with amazing views! The kids had a blast with the games, hot tub, fishing poles and rock band! I would give this place a 10 if possible!

This was a special trip for our family of 10. The house was the perfect distance from Estes Park. The morning coffee on the deck was a special way to start our day. In the evenings, they enjoyed spending time in the hot tub. Everyone from age 9 to 70 enjoyed their stay and in fact asked if we could do this every year! The large kitchen table was large enough to include everyone to play their favorite games. We chose this home due to the quick communication received back from Gary. We have no complaints.

We enjoyed the hot tub in the mornings watching the sunrise with coffee, deer, and elk as they came down near the yard. A large bull elk was near the lake one day. Easy in & out to town and RMNP. Lots of beds to rest our heads! Thank you to a great host for answering our questions when needed.

We all loved it and hope to come back again! A giant Elk greeted us as we pulled up to the property and we just knew it would be a great time for our family!

Fantastic Family Vacation Spot

Wonderful place to stay in Estes near Rocky Mountain National Park. The host was very responsive. We enjoyed the tranquil setting, hot tub, and the kids loved the Rock Band gaming.
