About this property

House downtown La Tremblade

Pretty architect house from the 1930s of around 96 m² with private garden on a plot of 605 m² in the city center. Large living room of 30 m2, bikes available and a barbecue. Every morning a market of local producers is held close to the house. Two large bedrooms, possibly a third but more usable in summer. Shops are nearby within walking distance.
The beaches are quite close accessible by bicycle by cycle paths which cross the forest of Coubre and of course by car.
It is a holiday home, some facilities are still in their juice.
If your requirements are strict it is better to look for another accommodation. 😉

Nous avons aimés cette maison du centre ville très agréable pour nous qui avons du mal a marcher. Jardin grand pour un centre ville. Aurait juste besoin d'un peu de modernitée.

Déçue par les prestations

La maison à beaucoup de potentiel mais elle n’est pas très bien entretenue, très forte odeur d’humidité dans toute la maison et surtout les placards j’ai dû laisser mes affaires dans les valises, salle de bain très ancienne et sale avec un meuble qui laisse vraiment à désirer, la moitié des ampoules ne marchaient pas, petite lampe dans le salon en piteux état, pas de rideau dans la chambre principale qui donne sur la rue donc un peu gênant lorsque le volet est ouvert, matelas de la chambre principale qui s’enfonce vers le milieu du lit. C’est vraiment dommage car avec peu de choses la maison pourrait être très bien il faut surtout l’entrenir et changer quelques choses et avoir une personne qui s’occupe bien du ménage sinon propriétaire agréable mais ce n’est pas suffisant quand on fait de la location Elle est aussi bien située juste à côté du centre et des commerces J’espère que le propriétaire en tiendra compte pour améliorer ses prestations
