A few inaccuracies in listing

The listing originally had hot tub listed. There is no hot tub. When I asked about it, it was removed from the ad. Also, the ad says it’s a one minute walk to the ski resort and that is not true at all. Also, it says there’s an eight minute walk to another ski resort and that’s not true either. I brought this to her attention and she still hasn’t changed it. Also, when we were trying to find our way there, she got annoyed and said she was gonna stop communicating with me.

C'est bien vous ne manquez pas de culot. Alors que vous êtes descendues du train à la Mongie en espagne pensant avoir réservé en Espagne, je suis restée plus de 5h à échanger avec vous pour vous accompagner afin de rejoindre Font Romeu. A votre arrivée Slavi vous attendez avec 5h de retard et le champagne. Nous sommes allés vous reconduire au Bus pour que vous ayez moins de stress et même pas un MERCI. Normal vous souhaitiez un remboursement alors que vous avez souligné que tout était votre faute. Quand aux informations qui ne sont pas exactes voyez avec ABRITEL puisque c'est leurs infos qu'ils tiennent de Google maps donc on ne peut rien faire.(dixit 3 agents Abritel) Mais nulle part dans mon annonce je ne parle de jacuzzi, ni que les pistes sont à moins d'une minute à pieds, puisque c'est totalement faux car Font Romeu a voulu garder son caractère authentique et ne propose aucun logement auprès des pistes. Très déçue par le manque d'accompagnement d' Abritel sur ce récit très loin de la réalité. Au plaisir de ne plus vous recevoir Christelle

Week-end au top

Super Accueil On se sent comme à la maison. Très bien équipé Lit comfortable Jolie vue On se sent pas à l'étroit malgré 7 personnes. Très joliment décoré. Parfait nous reviendrons 😉

Apparemment sympa

L’appartement est très propre et sympa, c’est très bien pour quelques jours de ski , l’accueil efficace et gentil. Il y’a tout ce qu’il faut dans l’appartement. On n’a pas pu réservé pour plusieurs qui est bien dommage pour nous .merci beaucoup !

Trés bel appartement

L'appartement est super mignon et très bien équipé. Il est bien situé pour rayonner de Puigcerda à Formiguères. L'accueil de Slavi fut très agréable et la petite attention des propriétaires nous a enchanté les papilles.

Joli appartement tout près du centre de Font Romeu

Notre séjour a été très court (un petit week-end et une nuit seulement) et dans des conditions hivernales mais nous avons pu apprécier ce petit appartement bien décoré et confortable. Un très bon accueil et un très bon contact avec la propriétaire.

Un vrai plaisir ! avec en plus un accueil parfait

Nous avons été très agréablement surpris de voir ce décor très typique et montagnard , un dépaysement total , rien ne manquait, les couchages étaient très confortables, tout était prévu pour que nous y passions un séjour parfait. Nous mettons une note de 5 étoiles , amplement mérité !! A très bientôt !

Un vrai dépaysement

Un vrai bonheur de pouvoir profiter d'une telle location. Tout était Super , fonctionnel et propre voir nuef. Slavi est quelqu'un de super gentil et arrangeant. Beaucoup de confort dans cette location ou nous n'avons manqué de rien. La vue sur la montagne enneigée est vraiement dépaysante. On ne pensait pas avoir tant de neige à cette période. Nous pensons revenir essayer les pistes dès que possible. Valérie
