Cottage equipped for people with reduced mobility with 1 living room of 38m2 including 1 equipped kitchen + living / dining room, 1 bedroom, 1 Italian shower, 1 WC on the ground floor; Upstairs 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with WC, all accessible with wheelchair. Sea view and close to the beaches 5 minutes by car, 1km from the city center and its amenities (super markets, Leclerc, Hyper U, Lidl, Netto, municipal swimming pool 700 m away, close to the hiking trails gr 34, 5 minutes from the beaches and from the ferry port of ROSCOFF, 5 MN FROM THE BOAT OF L ile de Batz.

Une maison spacieuse et confortable à 2 pas de Saint Pol

Maison très confortable, très propre et bien équipée. Bien placée pour aller découvrir les alentours, un peu à l'écart du centre de Saint-Pol (10 minutes à vélo) et pas très loin des premières plages (5 km). Les extérieurs sont également spacieux. Les propriétaires sont discrets et attentionnés.
