It features a large master bedroom with walk-in closet, dual bathroom vanities, an extended living room/family room, inside laundry room, and a wrapped sliding glass-enclosed lanai. Relax on the rear lanai and look down over a beautiful and SHIMMERING LAKE abound with wildlife. This unit comes with a detached 1-CAR GARAGE with use of bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, coolers and tennis rackets. The resort like amenities of the Ashton Lakes Community include two heated swimming pools, clubhouse with a lending library, shuffleboard, tennis courts, plenty of outdoor grills, and beautifully-maintained and manicured grounds.. There is also private gate with walking path to grocery stores, shopping, hardware, restaurants and more!

Memorable stay

Condo was exactly as noted in the listing. Having a garage was an extra feature that we appreciated. Dan & Laurie responded to all inquires in a very timely manner. First time staying in Sarasota and condo was centrally located to many locations we visited. Siesta Key Beach was amazing and just a short simple drive to access multiple public beach access locations. Hidden gem was be able to walk to Detwiller's Farm Market for our grocery needs. Complex was well maintained and grounds were well showcased with native Florida plants and flowers. The large pool water was warm and never seemed over busy. Looking so forward to our 2024 stay.
