Close to Glacier Park and Whitefish without the crowds

Secluded, quiet and yet only 10 minutes North from the Town of Whitefish. The apartment is cottage-like , one bedroom self contained unit, over our garage on 20 acres. The unit sleeps a max of 3 with stairs up to a private entrance and large deck with beautiful uninterrupted views of meadows, trees and mountains.
Custom Construction, bathroom and Kitchen/dining/living area.Love seat sofa bed in Living room, sleeps one. Queen bed in bedroom. Deck with gas BBQ and outdoor seating. The kitchen area has a microwave, range, oven and full sized fridge. Here, you will find dishes, pots, pans, utensils, toaster and coffee maker.There is wireless WIFI and a Roku TV. Please note you need to sign in with your own account to access Apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime etc, there is no satellite/cable , or local channels available. WiFi is excellent and capable of Zoom calls and working from home. There is a washer and dryer .
Located near National and State Forests for local easy access to MT Biking, Hiking, Running, Lake Swimming and XC Skiing. If you like to get the most out of your vacation without spending half the time researching, then use the maps, recommendations and a locals knowledge to fill you in on all the best places to visit.
Come and enjoy the endless outdoor recreation opportunities that Whitefish, Glacier National Park and Flathead Valley offer. Whether you like a non stop action packed vacation, a laid back leisurely lounge. or just wildlife viewing from your own deck, Whitefish has it all. Just 45 minutes to Glacier National Park.

So homey and cozy but…

A long drive everyday to Glacier National Park. Average 45 minutes plus road repair delays. But ideal for hiker/bikers. Sr Citizens note there are open wooden steps but the apartment is worth every step. Horses across the road. Coyotes at nightfall. Bird songs and beautiful cottage gardens. Luxurious linens. Quality everything and quiet hosts. Oh and they are dog lovers!!! Lovely dog walk trails.

Peaceful and perfect location

Just the right location to get a bit out of town, convenient to Whitefish and Glacier Natl Park. Martha has recommendations, maps, and all the amenities to make it a great stay. We loved the setting and privacy. Also, the apartment was stocked with coffee, Bear spray, and everything we wanted- including great fluffy towels! The deck was perfect for late afternoon relaxing. Saw deer on a morning walk with the dog. They even have a dog “walk” trail. Super cool.
