We enjoyed our stay so much. Stacy is such a great host and the house was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Kudos to the cleaning crew! This was one of the cleanest houses we have stayed in! The house was also located in close proximity to grocery stores. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all of us especially in this hot Florida weather. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Perfect home for our Cape Coral stay. Clean, spacious and well equipped for our 6 adults and 3 kids. Loved the pool and hot tub. So convenient to dock our rental boat at the house. Cruising the canals to fish and visit restaurants was great. Also walkable to shops and restaurants. Great communication from the host. Highly recommend.

Visited with 5 friends for a golf trip… perfect place both in size and set up. We didn’t go out much because the lanai/pool area was fantastic! Comfy bedrooms plus 2 large family rooms too!

We stayed at this home for my father\-in\-law’s 80th birthday celebration\. The home itself is nice, and the amenities are comfortable\. The owner was very responsive when we reported the air\-conditioning issue upon arrival\.Unfortunately, the AC was set to 81F on one side of the house and 78F on the other, making the first night extremely uncomfortable\. Someone came to work on the unit the following day around 5:00 p\.m\., and the temperatures eventually improved to approximately 76F and 73F\. However, one side of the home never cooled below 73F, and the front room—with large windows and no thermometer—felt close to 80F throughout our stay\.We understand that mechanical issues can happen, but we were disappointed that the owner did not offer any accommodation for the significant discomfort and inconvenience\. If you prefer a cool home while on vacation, especially at night, this may not be the right rental for you\.

Thank you for your feedback. I take every stay seriously, so I'd like to add some context for future guests. When you arrived at 9:30 pm, I learned for the first time that the air conditioning in the primary bedroom had stopped working. The whole-house system was functioning normally throughout your stay; the issue was isolated to that one room. I contacted my HVAC company that same night, paid a substantial holiday rush fee to get a technician out, and the unit was repaired by 5 pm the following day. During that period, with outside temperatures well over 100 degrees, nine to ten people in the home, and the pool door opening and closing throughout the day, the house held at about 75 degrees and was at 71 degrees by bedtime. No residential system will reach 68 under those conditions. I responded to every message and did everything within my power to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. I'm sorry the stay didn't meet your expectations. In 12 years of hosting, I've always prioritized responding quickly when something goes wrong, and I believe this situation reflects that.

Wonderful vacation home

Great girl getaway

Six friends who have known each other over 40 years celebrated our 60th birthdays this weekend. The house had the perfect space for us and in a great location. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had and we had a fabulous time!

50th Anniv. Celebration

Brought the entire family of 9 down for a week. Couldn't keep the grandkids out of the pool, everybody had a bed and a room. Always something to do, restaurants, stores all 2 minutes away. Looking forward to coming back.

Fabulous House

Our annual family trip to Cape Corral was amazing with a stay at this house. Everything was as described, and the pool temp was great for how chilly it was outside. It was nice to have the outdoor heater for sitting at the patio set. The two separate living rooms was nice for everyone to have their own space. I would definitely recommend this property to others. This home was perfect for our family weekend. The kids spent the entire time in the pool and were exhausted by nighttime. It’s a cozy home that offers ample space for each family member to be comfortable and independent. We loved the neighborhood, 3 minutes away from Publix and Walgreens. Everyone had a wonderful time.

It was refreshing to stay at a rental where the photos and the descriptions were an accurate depiction of the the actual property. Everything was just as shown in the pictures!! Pool was fantastic!! The home is beautiful, and perfect for our family of seven. The owners were very friendly and accommodating of some changes we requested. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend 100%!!!

Great Place

Place was very clean and spacious. We had 6 adults and were very comfortable. Two of us had to share a room with twin beds, but it didn’t bother us. Pool and jacuzzi were clean and heated well. The outdoor seating area was very nice with plenty of seating and the ability to open all the sliding doors was great since the weather was perfect (late February). Most people probably don’t cook on vacation, but we cooked and grilled almost every meal and the kitchen was big and well equipped. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. A bit of a drive to get places, but everything (beach, golf, baseball, airport) was about 30 minutes away and not too bad. There’s a grocery store right down the street. Host communicated well and check-in couldn’t have been easier.

2025 Family Vacation

We had a group of 8 that comfortably stayed in this beautiful home. We didn’t spend a lot of time indoors though as the pool area was so inviting. It has been a while since I’ve stayed at a home that didn’t have pool issues or that didn’t have a complicated system. The temp was perfect. Outdoor seating was very nice and the neighbors are friendly. The location is close to shopping, restaurants and we enjoyed a tour with Big Tiki Tours. We purchased the toll package for our rental cars thinking we would be leaving Cape Coral but we never did. It was nice to keep travels light to spend more time at this home. Our communication with the host was always prompt and courteous. Information provided at the house was concise and helpful.Overall, we had a fabulous time during our stay. This is a great place to gather with family and friends.

Beautiful place! MANY RULES.

The home is beautiful and has everything you need. My only complaint is there are ALOT of rules. I respect that there are rules, however it was just too overwhelming. The owner reminded us of these rules several times throughout our stay via text. It makes it a bit uncomfortable and we just couldn't relax. Also, you aren't "allowed" to turn the AC down past 73 and it got very hot in the master bedroom. Everyone has different comfort levels when it comes to temperatures - what's good for one person, isn't for another. If you are going to rent a house at this price, you are going to take care of it in general. Otherwise, everything was great.

I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. In regards to the rules, we require the air be turned off if all of the lanai doors are open. They are large doors and our central air cannot cool the house with these doors open. Electric is very expensive in the cape and most rentals charge for electricity, we do not. We have two thermostats to ensure the master stays very cool separately from the rest of the house. I only reminded you of these rules twice during your week stay because you had the air on with the doors open. We have sensors on our doors for this reason. These rules are emailed before your stay as well as in a binder at the house. When our guests follow the rules I don't have to communicate with them. Other than those few times that you didn't follow the rules, your family were great guests and I'm glad you were able to spend time together in our home.
