Needs improvement
The check in/out process was super easy. Communication is delayed or absent from property management. Initially the response was delayed, but ok. When we lost power I didn’t get response for days. I still haven’t heard back since messaging about leaving early. Accommodations were ok, but need close evaluation. The towels were sour smelling. We had to purchase kitchen items to be able to cook. It could have been cleaner and the cabin desperately needs updates. The rug on middle floor needs replaced as the corned is rolled up and a trip hazard. There is graffiti on some of the windows/walls. The power went out our last day and there were no flashlights. The stairwell was very dark- another fall hazard (proven by my online personal fall) The bathrooms are outdated and could be cleaner. For the price the cabin needs attention. We visit the Smokey Mountains about 2-3 times a year. We would be happy to use this property again if improvements are made.

Deer lodge
Second review I’m writing so going to be short - Place needs more upkeep. Some more cleaning , grass mowing and repairs on some defective items in the house could have made the stay better.
