Say hello to your private 2-bedroom NW Bradenton home. This quaint clean Florida style house is one half mile from Desoto National Monument; 1.5 miles from Robinson Preserve and 5 miles from Anna Maria Island and its famous beaches. You are ten minutes away from Cortez fishing village which offers fresh catch at the markets or prepared in several fun family restaurants. Grocery stores and restaurants are nearby. Downtown Bradenton is 10 minutes away; Sarasota is 20 minutes away. Stay in this comfortable relaxing home surrounded with shade from native trees and foliage. Enjoy your coffee and breakfast on the recently enclosed lanai. The patio has a Weber gas grill, outdoor seating, herb garden, copper fire pit, koi pond and fountain.
Enter the home from the lanai through the French doors to an open style living room. Between living room and kitchen is the dining area with comfortable seating and table for four. The galley kitchen is well equipped and has easy to use appliances-enjoy the reverse osmosis water suppling the new refrigerator and available at the sink. The large master bedroom has a king size bed, private bath, and French doors opening onto the lanai. The nicely furnished guest bedroom has a queen size bed and private rain shower in the bathroom. Additionally, a queen size sleeper-sofa is in the living room. Porcelain tile floors throughout; efficient A/C filters and quiet Blueair brand air purifiers provide fresh clean air. Natural light makes the interior bright and cheerful.

What a perfect getaway with the most wonderful hosts! This Key West–inspired, spacious home had every amenity needed for a wonderful vacation, plus so many thoughtful extras. The layout was perfect, with the kitchen in the center and the bedrooms separated, making the home feel both private and cozy.My dog loved sniffing around the native plants, succulents, and the big grassy backyard. The large patio was cool and comfortable with the fan and open screens. And the kitchen was a cook’s dream — it truly felt like being in my own kitchen. We loved our stay!

The home was very comfortable & cozy, spotlessly clean, with a very well-equipped kitchen & nicely upgraded throughout. It is in a quiet neighborhood which is close to parks, shopping & the beaches. And the hosts are very friendly, helpful and available with any questions you may have. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Brad was a gracious and attentive host. His house was super comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. It is on a quiet street with easy access to nearby nature preserves and beaches. We strongly recommend staying here!

This cozy house was perfect for our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and our dog loved the daily walks. We were minutes from Ana Maria Island and all the lovely beaches. Desoto Park and Robinson Preserve were minutes by bike or jog. The host was extremely nice and responsive. We will definitely stay here again!

Bradley is an amazing host, and the property is top-notch. The beds are comfortable, the showers are great (perfect water pressure and shower heads, which is essential if you have long hair). The kitchen had all the amenities needed for someone who cooks a lot (loved the sharp knives!) The patio was so restful, with the water feature, and the lanai was perfect for evening dinners and pleasant conversation as we watched the sunsets. Oh, had a lot of fun observing the visitors to the bird feeders.Three weeks passed by far too quickly!

This was a great location and conveniently located to Anna Maria Island as well as Bradenton. The host was very attentive and checked in as well as addressed any questions we had. The house was also located very close to the De Soto National Memorial park was free and beautiful to walk through. The house had everything we needed such as beach chairs, beach towels and fully stocked on anything needed. It was very clean as well and loved the outside green space. There’s a Target, Public, and five below a short distance as well before going back into the housing area. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Cozy and great location!

Great hosts, available for any questions, we brought our pup and she was happy with us in the home. Bed was super comfortable! Great location, 7 minutes to Anna Maria island, we chose the property for the gardens and easy drive to the island, worth not paying double on the island.

Second Visit Just as Wonderful

Quiet, charming house near Robinson Preserve was definitely worth a second stay. The yard is lush with beautiful plantings, and the lanai is perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Very comfortable and homey with well-equipped kitchen, too.

Lovely home away from home

Really nice patio

We really enjoyed our time here! A Very nice and updated home. It was very clean and the host was very responsive. The patio had a fountain with a Koi pond that was relaxing. We hope to stay there again next year if we go to that area of Florida!
