Come stay at the charming farmhouse on our family owned and operated orchard & farm in the Palisade area. The farmhouse is a quaint, comfortable place located on 20 acres of prime orchard and farm land where you can make yourself at home and enjoy the beautiful scenery. This is a unique location where our family grows cherries, apricots, peaches, apples, vegetables, flowers, and more!

We are located right on the Fruit and Wine Byway, a scenic roadway through orchards and vineyards! If you are interested in driving or bicycling on the Fruit and Wine Byway, visiting wineries, or wanting to relax and enjoy a beautiful fruit orchard, this is a great location! We invite you to stay at our orchard to experience Palisade country and all it has to offer.

Peaceful setting and delicious peaches

Had a great stay at the Z’s orchard farmhouse. The house is quiet, clean and a comfortable place to relax after enjoying sites around Grand Junction and Palisade. The orchard is beautiful and the peaches were delicious!! Highly recommend of you are looking for a place to stay in the area.

Best little farmhouse in Palisades.

We really enjoyed the adorable clean little farmhouse. Sitting out in the garden area was wonderful. And a pleasure meeting everyone at the orchard.

We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay. Check-in was super flexible as our ETA changed a little bit. The location was perfect for the winery visits I had planned. Each day we could plan visits heading from and back to the property. We had access to everything we needed in the kitchen and BBQ for our morning and evening meals. I would certainly come back again!

Charming farmhouse orchard stay with a family feel

We had a lovely stay at the farmhouse It felt so cozy and comfortable. The family pictures and heirlooms on the property made me feel so at home and relaxed, Clean and comfortable, with very comfortable beds!!! The backyard patio and flowers were amazing for our mornings and evenings. We absolutely fell in love with the orchard, the views and the farmhouse ! Beautiful and peaceful stay!!!

Lavender Get Away

We loved the Orchard Farmhouse. A perfect resting spot as we took in the Colorado Lavendar Festival. Hosts were incredible and full of helpful information about the area. Farmhouse was cozy and well appointed. Beautiful outer courtyard to relax. It's located in the center of all the activity. We'll be back.

Amazing weekend!

This family home is just lovely, especially if you like a little character! The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is spa-like, and the kitchen has all the basics that you need. I encourage you to take the time to visit with the owners, who are wonderful and while busy running their orchard take the time to get to know you, and take a look at the family photo's that are in the home. Can't wait to book again and spend more time visiting the orchards and vineyards.

Beautiful Orchard Farmhouse

This was a perfect place for four of us ( 2 couples) to stay and visit the area… close to CO Monument, wineries, and Downtown Palisade. The home itself is comfortable and beautifully furnished with a well stocked kitchen…..plenty of utensils, serving dishes and such. It was very relaxing to hang out in the back yard and barbque or on the front porch to watch the sun come up in the mornings. Convenient at this time of year (early September) to purchase the most delicious peaches on site, as well as peach salsa and preserves ( all made right here by family and staff). To top it off, hosts are super kind, gracious, and accommodating. We had a little issue with our vehicle, and Jennifer gave us helpful advice and assistance. We hope to return again soon! PS: If you’re unfamiliar with a swamp cooler ( as opposed to air conditioning), no need to be concerned; it was over 100° every day during our stay, and we were cool and comfortable in the home.

It was a very nice place to stay in the heart of the wine country. Hikes in the morning, wine tasting in the afternoon and local restaurants at night. Home owners were very hospitable and friendly.
