Nestled in between peach orchards in beautiful East Orchard Mesa and right across from the Colorado River. Enjoy serenity at this beautiful home in a peaceful setting. Close to over 7 wineries off of the fruit and wine byway and enjoy the drive into quaint downtown Palisade. Pedestrian bridge to a great bike bath to Corn Lake or the Colorado River with an awesome launch for rafts, kayaks and paddle boards! This is a biker’s dream!

We were a couple in our 50's, from East Coast visiting relatives. This house was perfect for us. The location is very nice and very safe. The supplies and utensils were better than we expected. We had one very minor problem and it was resolved immediately. Would highly recommend.

This was one of the best properties we've stayed at in all our years of renting vacation places. The house was well equipped, comfy bed and was pleasingly quiet..and not to forget, the hot tub was so relaxing after a long day of drinking wine!! ...our host and the property manager were wonderful and very responsive! When we arrived, the property manager had 12 delicious peaches waiting for us!! The house has all you need for a great stay and you won't be disappointed...we will certainly rent this lovely house again when we come to Palisade!!

The property was conveniently located within minutes of several wineries in a quiet setting. It was also within 30 minutes of Colorado National Monument which provided great trails to hike. The bed was super comfortable and the hot tub was nice to soak in under the stars. I would highly recommend.
