Enjoy nearby activities and convenience, as we are just 3 minutes from Safeway and Walmart for any shopping needs. Close to Hospitals, downtown, Colorado Monument and all that Grand Junction has to offer.
The two bedrooms each have large closets, and and comfy beds with luxurious linens.
All amenities and furnishings are brand new. The full kitchen allows you to enjoy home-cooked meals.
The living room offers comfortable seating and a large smart TV for relaxing. Lots of large window, so it is light and bright.
Additionally, the spacious private balcony provides a perfect spot to hang out and unwind. Amazing outdoor courtyard with loads of amenities. BBQ, Pergola with comfy seating, large grassy area,Zen Garden, and coming soon therapy spa.
