This unit was fully remodeled with functionality in mind! You will love the clean minimalist design with big functionality packed into this unit! Each unit has a private, fully fenced patio with BBQ grill and outdoor dining so you can fully enjoy the Colorado sunshine. Fully stocked kitchens for cooking. High end finishes throughout. Upgraded memory foam mattresses and deluxe pillows for a good nights rest. Central air conditioning keeps you cool in the summer time. Centrally located to all activities the Grand Valley has to offer. CMU, Colorado National Monument, Mountain biking, hiking, Fruit and Wine Byway, and much more. Pets allowed for an additional $20/night pet fee, up to 2 pets MAX.

The main level offers a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, living room and 1/2 bath. Sliding door off of the dining area leads to a fully fenced private patio with pet friendly astro turf, BBQ grill and outdoor dining seating.

Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. Bedroom 1 includes king sized memory foam mattress with a sliding door leading to a private balcony with seating. Black out curtains are provided for the sliding door. Bedroom 2 has 1 queen sized memory foam bed with black out blinds.

Onsite free shared laundry facilities, located at the end of the building in the laundry room. Laundry detergent provided for you during your stay. 3 parking spots available for each unit.

Central Air conditioning, Roku smart TV for access to all the major apps AND access to local channels with spectrum TV, Upgraded Wifi (1 gig) for quick internet connections.

Pets allowed for an additional $20/night pet fee, up to 2 pets MAX.

We enjoyed staying at this condo very much, it had everything we needed, the owners were great communicators and it exceeded our expectations!

In for barrel tasting

The property had nice large rooms. We only used one of the bedrooms with the nicer view. The second bedroom while it had a balcony, overlooked an ugly yard across the street and the parking lot with a dumpster and a shopping cart. The upstairs bathroom had nice amenities but you could not put anything in the drawers. The bedrooms had large walls for a dresser and a chair but no where to really unpack or sit as the bed frame was not conducive to sit on. We could have used tissue in the bathrooms. The coffee pot was hard to figure out. We enjoyed the patio. The kitchen was nicely equipped. The tv did not have local Chanels or news. We enjoyed being in a VRBO that is dog friendly rather than a hotel.
