Come spend your beach vacation in this beautiful, modern, and new construction home, where everything is updated including the furniture. The open floor-plan is perfect for family entertaining. Central to the oceanfront RESORT AREA, ViBe Creative District, and CONVENTION CENTER.

This home is a three-story townhome with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Located on a half street, so traffic is lighter and the area is quieter. 2 blocks from the beach and in the middle of the ViBe Arts, technology & cultural district. All new appliances and furniture. Granite countertops and hardwood floors in the main living area, and new carpet in the bedrooms. Large windows let in tons of light. There is a garage that fits one car, and space for two cars in the driveway.

The first floor contains one full bath and bedroom #1 with one queen bed.

The main living quarters are on the second floor, with the living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, and a half bath. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. There are two decks; one large deck off of the living room that can be used for eating outside, and a smaller deck off of the kitchen with views of the oceanfront.

The third floor contains two more bedrooms and a full bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed and a twin daybed with twin trundle.

GUEST ACCESS:
-- Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check out at 10:00 am. We love to host, so we have a high turnover rate, and our cleaners strictly adhere to this schedule to accommodate.
-- A door code will be sent to you a week before your arrival.

AMENITIES:
We provide fresh linens, towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels & trash can liners. *THINK OF THESE ITEMS AS “STARTER KITS” - Highly recommend you bring additional items such as coffee/cooking spray/water bottles etc*. Roku TVs are located in most bedrooms. Portable pack and play available upon request.

PARKING:
There is some private parking, and a detailed map will be sent upon booking. Additional details regarding public parking options will also be provided.

KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES:
We ask that you leave everything in the home as you found it, strip the linens from the beds, run the dishwasher, and take trash to the bins on the street. This will ensure the quality of the home for the next guest and expedite the cleaning.

REFUNDS:
Highly recommend trip insurance. We do not give refunds due to the weather.
