Welcome to paradise! Walk out your door to the pool first thing in the morning for a dip, and then relax and catch some sun in the lounge chairs. You’ll be a short walk to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico beaches, as well as to plenty of cool shops and eateries in our Pass-a-Grille neighborhood. Enjoy plenty of amazing onsite amenities, including free wifi, laundry, and kayaks.

This delightful, 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment is located on the ground level of our beachy boutique hotel. It features a king bed in the private bedroom and a double futon (ideal for 2 kids or 1 adult/teenager) in the living area. This apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, but is most comfortable for 2-3. The space also has a fully equipped kitchen, dining/living area, a full private bathroom with linens and toiletries. Guests can use the dining table as a dedicated workspace if needed during their stay. Enjoy quick and easy access to the pool and lounge chairs, as this stay opens right up to our garden pool area.

Perfect place to relax and unwind

We had a great time at the Coconut Inn! The place was perfect and included everything we needed! Shops and restaurants were a short walk, the beach is steps away, the condo was clean and decorated nice! The staff was very friendly and accommodating making us and our dog feel welcome! Will definitely be back!

Perfect!

I stayed for a weekend staycation and it was perfect! Maggie’s property is perfectly located, rooms are quiet (don’t hear neighbors or people at pool), nice and private. 1/2 block to beach and 1 block to restaurants and shopping! I highly recommend!!!

Great inn!

Coconut inn was an adorable place to stay. Very neat and clean. Love all the amenities- the bikes, pool, beach chairs and would have used paddle boards if not so windy. Baxter is the cutest! Also love the small kitchen as we have food allergies so it’s nice to not eat out for every meal. Can’t wait to stay again!

The Perfect Location!

The Coconut Inn is the perfect location. 1 block from the Gulf, 2 blocks from the Intercoastal and 3 blocks from downtown. Maggie and her team attended to our every need. Definitely a must experience! TY!

Best Place Ever!

This little place was a gem. It was our first visit to PAG but will not be our last. Coconut Inn reminded me of somewhere in Key West, actually the whole little community did, but with a nice beach. Maggie and the rest of the great people were more than wonderful. The icing on the cake were the provided beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon and anything else that we needed. We will be back.

Quaint quarters with everything we needed

Check in flawless. Both Maggie and Dawn made sure we had everything we needed. 1 block from beach made this place! Private parking too. Went to a different restaurant every night! Rode the Freebie line which is like Uber but free!! We will be coming back for sure.
