Very Important! Check your flight details. If your flight lands after 9 pm or leave before 11 am please do not book this property. We absolutely can not accept bookings that involve check-in or check-out between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m.
The apartment is equipped with all amenities, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms on two levels. The living room has wood paneling, with hand-painted ceilings depicting the history of architecture from the pyramids to the present day. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. A kitchen cabinet equipped with everything you need to make kitchenette. The house is located a few meters from Piazza Navona, and in the heart of the historic center. From here you can easily walk to all the main monuments, churches and places of tourist attraction in the capital. A leisurely walk through the Baroque palaces and Roman ruins can be reached in less than half an hour, the Vatican, the Sistine Chapel, the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica.

Charming interesting place was perfect for two couples, with essentially two suites. Very comfy in perfect vibrant location near all the shopping and food choices one could imagine. Central location walkable to major sites.

Just a block from Piazza Navona. Groceries available nearby. Many shops, restaurants, and gelato within 2 minute walk. 8 minute walk to the Pantheon, 5 minutes to bus stop. Less than 1/2 hour walk to the Colosseum in one direction and Vatican City the other.

Beautiful Accommodations, Wonderful Location

This stay was lovely. I hope to return to Rome again and if so, I would stay here again. The property manager communication was excellent. The apartment was comfortable and clean and we had everything we needed. It was convenient to many places while also being quiet. It was wonderful!

Just perfect!

Quick and easy checkin process and Roberto was super helpful prior to arrival via messaging and arranging transportation. When there he sent us to a very small off-the-path restaurant for some great carbonara !

It is better than the pictures!

This location is amazing! It is on the second floor, but there is an elevator if you need it. The host was really nice. The listing only says 1.5 baths, but there are TWO showers, which really helped.

We had a good stay in Rome. The location of the apartment was great and within walking distance of most things. It was close to Piazza Navona, but still quiet. The host was great at always responding to any questions we had a met us for check-in.

Perfect place in a perfect location

We loved our stay here while in Rome. It was so nice to have so much space after the long flights and long days walking around the city. Way better than a tiny hotel room. Room was very clean. Host was very helpful with any questions we had. This was a great location for a 1st timers trip. One street over from piazza navona. It was nice to end each night sitting near the fountains with a gelato. Great bakery nextdoor for breakfast. All the main attractions are between a 5 and 20 minute walk. I would definitely stay here again.

Unique apartment centrally located within walking distance of all the sites. Lots of restaurants nearby. Host communication was good and check-in was very thorough. Apartment was clean and kitchen was well equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely apartment central to all Rome attractions!

This was such a wonderful spot to stay with our 2 children (age 10 and 12) and my husband and I. We walked everywhere and then had such a unique place to come home to. Hosts wonderful and helpful. Everything you need (marts, restaurants, gelato, bakeries) is within 200-400 meters. Very glad for Air conditioners as it was 95-100 F during our stay. Highly recommend!

Fantastic characterful apartment in great location

Our family of four loved our stay in this apartment. It is situated in a charming, character-filled group of apartments just off Piazza Navona. The laneway and staircase are lovely, and the apartment itself is full of character. It has plenty of space and the kitchen is well equipped though compact. It has good wifi, a washing machine and aircon in all rooms. Two bathrooms. Great value for such a top location. The host who greeted us was friendly with lots of local advice. We would love to stay here again.

Great location and accommodations

We stayed at this apartment as a family vacation (4 of us) in Rome for 7 days. The location is fantastic with many great streets with plenty of great restaurants, shops and dessert spots. All the key tourist sites are within walking distance and having air conditioning units in each room was perfect (it was exceptionally hot when we travelled in mid June). Would highly recommend for a family in a central location. Noise from the streets or Piazza Navona was not an issue at all during our stay. The building is very quiet with very few people coming in and out. The main bedroom is upstairs so be aware of having to go up and down. All amenities were present (washing machine, iron, hair dryer, etc.) and came in handy for us. All in all, great apartment and the location really can’t be beat.

Very Comfortable apartment in ideal location

This is a comfortable apartment for two couples traveling to Rome, with unique charm and great personality in the design, and in the ideal location just steps to Piazza Navona. The apartment is modern in taste, in an otherwise very tasteful antique building, with the living room facing onto a quiet internal courtyard, with a very welcome elevator for older travelers. Comfortable beds, very clean, with adequate bathrooms and a "kitchen in a cabinet" which is very well stacked with equipment for morning light breakfasts, and simple fare for lunch or dinner. Roberto was a very responsive host, with good recommendations for local eateries. We enjoyed our stay very much, and would book again if returning to Rome. Thank you Roberto.

Great location near Piazza Navona

Great location in Rome - we were able to walk to everything we wanted to see. We had some trouble with the air conditioner in the loft not working, so it was a bit hot up there, but the owners were very kind to bring us a fan. Wasn't ideal with the 95 degree temps we were having, but we understand that things can happen and that it's not always possible to get people to fix things right away. Other than that issue - we really enjoyed our stay. Communication was great with the property owners as well. Appreciated them arranging our rides to and from the property. Thank you for a nice stay!

Great Location

We had a wonderful stay! The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of Piazza Navona, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient. Our host was very helpful, especially in arranging transportation to the airport for our departure, which was a big plus. The apartment itself is pretty basic, with no frills, but it met our needs. It would have been nice to have a streaming TV for those nights when we wanted to unwind with a movie, but this was a minor issue. The host offered a selection of wines in the apartment for just €10 each, which we really appreciated. While the apartment is on the smaller side with limited common space, the location more than makes up for it. This is a perfect spot for those who want to be in the center of everything. The owner was also very responsive and helpful. We had an issue with the Wi-Fi, and they addressed it promptly. Plus, when we accidentally left behind a pair of AirPods, they kindly mailed them back to us in the U.S., which was incredibly thoughtful. Overall, this is a great property for a quiet family or couple looking to stay in an unbeatable location.

A look behind the big door! I always wonder what’s behind the big doors when walking down cobblestone streets in cities that are hundreds of years old and staying here let us not only see but experience a true Italian residence! The apartment is in a fabulous location (Piazza Navona is a few steps away) and we walked to all sites, returning every day to blissful air conditioning—a must in warmer months. The apartment gives a real sense of how Italians live and how old buildings have evolved to accommodate contemporary living while maintaining authentic charm. It’s fully stocked with whatever you need for your stay and you are in good hands with Roberto, who showed us repeatedly that he takes his role as host seriously. We appreciated his quick responses and the assistance he provided before, during (and even after) our stay. Arranging transport from the airport was a bonus. Would definitely stay again when returning to Rome.

This is a beautiful, artistically appointed apartment in a historic building just a block from Piazza Navona...the best area to stay in all of Rome. Very close to everything and an easy walk to the historic center and great restaurants galore. But a completely quiet street away from the tourists crowds. Manager was super helpful and warm...arranged a great dinner reservation for us.
