Located at 90 Seaward Drive in the private gated community of Sunrise Beach, south of 30A, across from the restaurants, shopping and live music of Gulf Place.
Incredible views, breeze and sounds of the gulf from two huge decks. This home offers many unique features, including a gourmet kitchen on the 2nd floor. A perfect house for two families. Tank-less hot water heaters ensure plenty of hot water for everyone! The home has a new, high efficiency HVAC system and features six HDTVs and wireless high-speed internet throughout. Parking for 3 cars.
The third floor features two huge Gulf-front king bedroom master suites, each with a large private bath, tons of closet and storage space and a large screen TV. (No more arguments over who gets “the best” bedroom!) One bedroom features daybed and a master bath with secluded soaking tub and double vanity sinks. The other king master suite also includes a day bed w/trundle bed too and can sleep four. Best of all, both master suites connect to a covered porch stretching the entire length of the third floor, with views of the Gulf and beach and plenty of seating. It’s a perfect place for sunrise coffee while watching the dolphins play, or sunset cocktails. Sleep with the sounds of the Gulf without fear of insects, as both third floor bedrooms have a magnetic screen door that snaps on and off. The third floor also has a laundry room, with full size washer and dryer, ironing board, and a wet bar area, with wine chiller.
The second floor consists of a spacious, light-filled living area, dining room and fully-stocked gourmet kitchen with gas stove, GE stainless steel appliances, and hardwood floors throughout, half bath and wet bar with beverage cooler. The dining room table seats ten comfortably, and the kitchen counter-top bar seats six more. A large screen HDTV with surround sound and blue-ray DVD provide entertainment, and huge comfortable couches and loveseat offer lots of room to relax. Or dine outside on the huge fully-covered second floor deck, with water views, and two polywood dining tables with seating for eight and more. A gas fireplace provides plenty of warmth when a chill is in the air. There are lots of toys and books for the kids (and young at heart).

The first floor has a living room with HDTV. One king bedroom with shared bath and access to the pool. 2nd queen bedroom has a shared full bathroom. 3rd bedroom as one queen bed and a twin over full bunk-bed with a private bathroom. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs and luxury linens. One bathroom is fully accessible with hand rails for those with mobility challenges.
Out the back door is a cozy covered porch, connecting to the pool area, with a high-end gas grill, table for dining and lots of space to relax with your favorite beverage as you watch the kids in the pool. Or, enjoy the outdoor shower with hot/cold water and jump into the heated pool yourself, one of the largest in Sunrise Beach. The pool is fully lighted for evening swims (pool heating at modest additional fee) and the pool deck is landscaped with three lounge chairs, providing a great alternative to the beach. Enjoy dining outside by the pool as well with the extra table and chairs,
Speaking of the beach, it is just steps away. We provide a set up of 4 beach chairs and 4 umbrellas at the beach, there are 4 extra beach chairs to carry down, and plenty of beach toys.
