Charming cottage on the edge of Charente

A stone's throw from the river, three shops and a supervised swimming, between Angoulême and Cognac, in this region of stone vines and water, this large gite awaits you. On the ground floor a large room with generous light accommodates a bistro-style kitchen area with table football, and a lounge \ dining room with synth in a piano, all flea market spirit. Upstairs an old frame scans the space of the family suite in two. (3 single beds and one double bed). Flat screen, DVD player. The ocean about an hour. Enjoy the living room for your large family meals. Baby accessory on request. The Charente is already midday, here the weather is getting tame.

Séjour paisible et ressourçant

Merci à notre hôte de nous avoir accueillis de la meilleure des façons. Beaucoup de place dans et autour du gite. Un plus pour le baby-foot et le piano électronique ! Idéalement placé sur la Flow-vélo avec mise à disposition de bicyclettes et d’un tandem, proche de la base nautique du Bain des Dames. Charmants petits villages alentours. Et du calme, beaucoup de calme. Nous recommandons vivement !

L'endroit est propice au depaysement, la deco originale y est pour beaucoup. Il ne manque rien et on se sent vite chez soi. Déconnection absolue à partager.

Séjour agréable / excellent accueil

Très belle surprise! Des propriétaires très accueillants, avec pleins de petites attentions qui font la différence. Le gite en lui-même est très fonctionnel (tout en gardant un cachet original) et adapté à une famille avec enfants. La proximité immédiate de la Charente et sa situation géographique en fait un pied à terre idéal pour visiter la région. Un seul point d'amélioration: l'espace nuit, à l'étage, ne dispose pas de toilettes, ce qui n'est pas idéal avec des enfants en bas âge.
