Newly Renovated UNIT 2B3: This light and bright one-bedroom condo radiates seaside charm and tranquility!

The spacious corner sectional is perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. The bright colors will instantly put a smile on your face, while comfortable furnishings throughout will make you feel at home. Flat screen TVs featured in all rooms. In-room safe. Queen-sized sleeper sofa in living room. King bed in master bedroom. Maximum occupancy: 4 people. Flexible scheduling with just a 4-night minimum between May and Mid December (excluding holidays).

Direct gulf-front views from the large lanai. Third-floor location overlooks the pool and lets you feel as though you're floating on air with an endless ocean views!

Spectacular view, Perfect location & Clean!!!

This was our 4th trip to Sanibel and now Ocean's View is our new favorite place to stay! This unit has amazing views. It was very clean and updated. The king size bed was very comfortable. The pool was clean. (There is no bathroom by the pool.) The location is perfect. We spent most of the time at the beach and in the water. This stretch of beach is very private and not crowded. The sand is soft and pretty. It is a very quick walk to get to the beach. They provide beach chairs. We rented bikes and an umbrella from the office on the property. It was so nice to wake up to a beautiful view and not have to drive or bike to a beach. The beach is only steps away. Couple things to note... bring your own beach towels as none were provided. Around 5 or 6pm, the noseeums get really bad, so either have plenty of bug spray, cover up, or plan to leave the beach at this time. Overall, this was an excellent vacation and we hope to come back.

Gulf views unbelievable. Unit is well kept with beautiful beach decor. Had coffee on lanai each morning with incredible view of gulf. Beach chairs included in this rental a big plus. Umbrella rental a little extra from property, but worth it.

We were beyond impressed with our unit and the whole condo complex at Sanibel Island. It was so clean, and it was very modern and attractively decorated. The washer and dryer were a blessing along with the full kitchen and great balcony. The other guests were very nice too. We will absolutely be back and will bring more friends/ family to rent other units as well. I think we found our new go-to vacation spot. Great price and great experience.

We loved our condo at Ocean's Reach. It was perfect for us - a great kitchen for preparing our meals, a comfy couch for relaxing, a beautiful porch for viewing the beach, an overhead fan for staying cool, and a comfortable bathroom with plenty of hot water. The beach access was also fine, with well-built pathways and water rinsing facilities.
